Satisfied overall with location and structure.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and room also satisfactory.
Overall the hotel has good infrastructure.

Cons:

Front desk support took longer than expected and the elevator is quite slow.
I also had problems with my room's door not working, needs some renovation.

Bon hotel mais mauvais personnel
Pros:

Hotel très sympathique avec son patio.
Pas trop bruyant malgré la présence de l autoroute.
Chambre très grande

Cons:

Le personnel pas du tout sympathique.
Impossible d avoir la facture de ma chambre et booking reste absent en tant que support.
Déjeuner ferme un peu tôt, 9h30.

Nice stay, family of five
Pros:

The room size, the location and the staff. Also the common areas and breakfast. The reception was very helpful too.

Cons:

Nothing really. We are a family of 5 and we needed a place to stay while there was some work going on in our house. The place was ideal for us.

My stay was absolutely amazing!
Pros:

The propery was very well designed, the staff was very courteous, the breakfeast was delicious and I was in awe from the moment I walked in. The atrum was absolutely beautiful. Thank You!

Nice hotel, could use some TLC.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, food was tasty and plentiful. Omelette station was impressive. The evening reception was chips and salsa with goldfish crackers. Nothing fancy but it went well with the free margarita they gave me for my drink coupons. The design of the building is awesome, with plenty of seating areas for relaxing or people watching.

Cons:

The property could use some TLC. The microwave (which was at least fifteen years old) made the lights flicker when it was used so I didn’t use it more than once. There were signs posted on the elevators stating quiet hours that people clearly ignored by letting their children run screaming back and forth between rooms at 11pm. The staff very blatantly ignored this. The pool was clearly over capacity just about the entire weekend I stayed, because of these same children, and I didn’t get to go in because I wasn’t about to put myself in danger because of what was clearly a safety issue. Again, it was ignored. Honestly, the hotel is nice. It’s affordable, in a good location for the event I went to, and little improvements here and there would make it amazing.
