Pros:

Loved the restaurant and bar, and drink tickets. Beautiful inside. Fast elevators. Great room.

Cons:

Room 322 (and likely some others) can hear this odd rhythmic thunking every once in awhile. It happens at all hours, lasts a few seconds, stops. I thought it was the elevators, like the pulley system, but i don't really know.

Pros:

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and mostly tranquil. Most the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room wasn't necessarily dirty, but it lacked. There was a no in room coffee, there was tea and cream and sugar but no coffee. And there was a mysterious purple mess/stain. Just didnt feel like the same hotel we stayed at last year. We came back because we had stayed last year and fell in love with it. Just didnt feel as comfortable. The bartender could have been more approachable. She was kind of snippy and short with us.
