SureStay Hotel by Best Western Robinsonville Tunica Resorts

This property was, surprisingly, very nice and clean inside. From the exterior, it does not look as if it's nice and clean inside. After an exterior renevation, the owner and staff would most probably enjoy much more visitors.

The outside of the establishment was unkept as was the interior lobby. Our air did not work efficiently and the window was cracked as if someone had tried to enter the room from the outside. Three lights in the room did not work. Bed was hard and didn’t have enough pillows and the “breakfast “ was pitiful!

There was mold in the bathtub and shower curtain. Bathroom floor was filthy. No shower amenities an towels stained, thin, and mismatched. Free breakfast was pitiful and not enough for all guest. The entire place smelled like an ashtray.

Room was good for the price. Advertises breakfast but instead of putting the food out for breakfast you have to ask them about the breakfast and then go into the pantry yourself to get the things you want. That did not seem very professional to me.

It was somewhere to stay. When we arrived (around 6pm) it was so dark outside the hotel and in the parking lot (even under the canopy at the lobby) that I honestly thought the place was shut done. Rooms need renovations. Bathroom could’ve stood to have a deep clean.

This was probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. 1st room was full of crumbs and dirt every where, second room did not have a functioning toilet, third room had a broken light and dirty bathroom, 4th and final bed room had dirty bedding. The lobby restroom had a used toothbrush and tongue scrapper laying out on the counter. Horrible experience, only stayed because we could not find another hotel near us at the time of night we checked in.

The rooms were filthy filthy bugs everywhere even in the freezer, did not want to lay down in the bed or sit on the couch, I brought my own spread to put on the bed, I will never stay here again I would not recommend anyone to sure stay in tunica

It was terrible me and my wife had to sleep in a room that had roaches ,molded shower curtains and and unclean carpet on the first night and on the second night we finally got the king size bed that I booked and the toilet didn't work worst experience I ever had!!!!!!!!

We were given a room that had not been cleaned! We had to wait in line to get a second room that did not have a working refrigerator. We waited in line again for a third room. This room had an outlet out in the bathroom. I had to dry my hair and make coffee by the bed. No working light or outlet next to mirror in the main room. Ac/heat system was not fit together properly, but did work. We also saw a roach in the bathroom!! We were unable to get a discount!!! We did not even eat any of their breakfast!! I do NOT recommend!!

Did not have a good experience. Room toilet was broken heat was not working right got moved to a room on another floor. Breakfast was not up to standard Coffee was not good. Will not stay here again. Probably was a good hotel years ago. Needs alot of upgrade slept good in the bed.

Didn’t seem like many people were staying there. Only 3 cars in parking lot.Front attendant was always asleep with unacceptable music playing on phone. Breakfast was cereal and decaf coffee . Every morning they stated they were out of regular coffe by 7 am

We checked in late afternoon dropped off bags and went to our evening plans. Upon returning to our room, found that our room didn't have any bathroom towels or soap. Went to front desk and attendant was outside having a smoke not of the legal kind. Went back to room and didn't have a TV remote. Opened door to refrigerator and found mold inside. Immediately went back to front desk and requested to be moved. We were moved to another floor and that room was supplied however no remote for TV. Went back to front desk and got a remote. Breakfast was a joke. A few apples, four one-bite muffins, 4 pieces of bread, 2 cups to make a waffle and when I opened the waffle iron it had a burned waffle still inside not sure how long that it had been there so wasn't willing to chance that. Coffee was the only thing that was ok. When your website offers free breakfast I feel like it should include fresh variety of breakfast items.

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. There was mold in the bathroom. There was mold in the hallway, several roaches alive, and dead, no towels for the bathroom and when I reported it to management, he laughed about it.

They looked like they did a few upgrades to make it look ok but the fixtures were rusted, some did not work, the in room coffee pot did not work, shower was hot but the sink did not drain well. The breakfast was not good.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly, however, the room we stayed in had a weird smell and roaches. They fell from the curtain when we opened them, and they were on the bathroom wall.

The smell of the hotel made me nauseous. I was not satisfied with the sheets, they need to be replaced. The shower water did not get hot, the water was more so lukewarm. Ice machine didn’t work. I wasn’t satisfied at all

Ok.....so everyone staying here is staying cause its half the price of every hotel around, with that in mind it was fine....definitely need repairs, breakfast didnt exist.....get what you pay for, no surprises

This place had average accommodations. The room was close to the parking lot , which made it nice. We travel with bleach wipes, extra TP and Kleenex which is good because there were none in the room. On our second day, the only service we requested was for the room to be vacuumed and it wasn’t. Both days our room key did not work, had to ask for them to restock breakfast with an hour left to go before it closed. Overall, the price was right and the check in and checkout people were nice but we would probably not stay there again.
