Great room and experience
Pros:

Very clean room. Television was connected to internet, with access to apps like YouTube. Complimentary waters were included.

Cons:

Parking situation outside was not entirely clear.

Pros:

Clean room. The front staff couldn't find our booking reservations despite trying different ways to look for our informations.

Good stay but lacking customer service
Pros:

Nice hotel, very convenient location, comfortable bed. The only downside though was the night auditor, she was very unfriendly and definitely didnt make me feel welcomed. I would stay again just avoid checking in during her shift because to be honest she is a terrible representation of the Marriott brand.

Overall the Marriott is very nice, attentive to guest needs, and is in safe location.
Pros:

I liked that the property was very clean, safe, and inviting. The room was spacious, modern, and also clean. Complimentary waters in the room, you can have the restaurant bring your food to your room, and it was dog friendly. Perks for being right across from a walking trail.

Cons:

I did not like that I had to call the front desk several times to fix the tv in the room.
I also did not like that the continental breakfast scrambled eggs had mushrooms in it. I thought that was very strange and zero option to not have scrambled eggs without mushrooms. Very odd choice, wasn’t too happy about that.

Very comfortable room with excellent service at a great price.
Pros:

The huge pines made me feel like I was in nature. The nearby City Center made for nice walks to interesting shops and meals.

Cons:

The people in the room next to us were loud. There was nothing the hotel could have done about it. Also, there was some trash in the parking lot that looked like it had been there awhile.

Cons:

The heater/ac didn’t work properly. Maintenance was able to get the ac off but then the heater worked overtime!!! Uncomfortable sleeping with the heat. We told the desk if the issue when we checked out at 5:00 am, was told that we should have called again—but it was 1:30am and we were in pajamas. I felt we should have at least gotten a lowered rate, just received an I’m sorry.

Clean, comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and clean. I liked having a balcony with a door that opens. The service was good and the people friendly. I requested more decaf coffee pods and they were delivered promptly. I would stay there again.

Pros:

Overall outstanding stay! Adam at the front desk kicked it off with his welcome and thanked me for being a part of the Marriott Bonvoy. He also recognized my status level. He worked hard to find me a room that was perfect for me and it was! M Club was great and the most friendly staff in the morning! I wish I had gotten her name as she was awesome! Second time at this property and it won’t be the last!
