Stayed one night for kids sports and enjoyed our stay. Clean spacious rooms with many hotel amenities…Pool, Gym, and Bar/Restaurant. Special shout out to the staff, especially Marcela Diaz who was super pleasant to work with. She took care of all our needs from check out to check in. Thank you!

I liked everything about the property.
I have never felt more disrespected at a Marriott property than I did because of Jordan’s treatment of our group. Instead of making guests feel welcome, he insisted on charging each guest $25 just to enter the lounge, with no effort to explain the policy respectfully or offer any reasonable customer service.
It wasn’t just the charge—it was the attitude. Hospitality should be about making guests feel valued, but Jordan made us feel like we were nothing more than an inconvenience. The interaction came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy.
I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties, and this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Management should seriously review how guests are being treated because one employee can ruin the reputation of an entire hotel.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I would encourage others to think twice before staying here if this is the level of service they can expect.
It's so clean and up-to-date with technology had awesome water machines that I've never seen before.
The beds could have been a little bit more comfortable, but I didn't complain because everything else was so great.

Convenient
Entire facilities were not very clean, house cleaning staff never dusted and never left a spar toilet paper. We stayed 2 weeks and didn't need to clean the room every day but since they didn't give us a spare toilet paper, we ended up buying our own. They use very strongly scented house cleaning products that suffocated us. No room amenities, just soap shampoo and conditioner. Disappointed

I didn’t like the vanity with sink. It is too small and has no room to place all of my toiletries. The light there needs to be brighter. The internet connection was awful and I was unable to make overseas call/texts. We were placed in handicapped room which we didn’t ask for. We booked for room with free breakfast and we paid for breakfast twice.
