Pros:

Good stay. Dog friendly.
Pros:

I like the food and the location. I like the friendly casual lobby. Staff usually very pleasant. Love that they are dog friendly.

Cons:

There were a ton of dead bugs on the window sill- on the inside. And a couple in our bed - live. They were those Japanese Beatles that seem to come inside as soon as temperatures get above freezing.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. This place is off the beaten path and was very quiet. The grounds were amazing, the hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Super Hotel, Personal an der Rezeption könnte kundenorientierter sein.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super. Das Frühstück war besonders. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick und das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Frühstück war im Preis inkludiert. Leider hatte das Personal an der Rezeption Schwierigkeiten das nachzuvollziehen und hat uns dann irgendwann Gutscheine fürs Frühstück ausgestellt. Aber erstmal nur einen für jeden Tag, obwohl direkt drauf steht, dass dieser nur für eine Person galt und wir zu zweit waren. (Unser Sohn hat nicht mit uns gefrühstückt) Dadurch musste ich mehrfach zwischen Restaurant und Rezeption hin und her laufen, um das zu klären. Das fand ich wirklich nervig und unschön.

Another great stay at a business hotel!
Pros:

Booked for three nights; upgraded to corner suite with my titanium status.

Everything was great. Room was renovated, great lighting, comfortable bed, good work area, shower water pressure was strong.

M lounge had a Keurig for self-serve coffee and breakfast was run by a polite and efficient team. Fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. Not the largest spread by cooked well, and consistent.

Gym is a decent size, latest equipment, with a large swimming pool, steam room, and sauna.

Hotel lobby bar is staffed by a professional and efficient team.

All in all, another great stay. Commendations to the team here.

Pros:

Very clean facility. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to highways to see sites. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was good. However, it was $17 per person, and it was the same food items as other hotels we've stayed at that included breakfast at no charge.
You had to have elite status to get free coffee or tea.
