Pros:

Hier ist alles Bestens ich nehme dieses Hotel in Hannover , schon viele Jahre als Anlaufstelle !
Fühle mich wie zu Hause , oft noch besser !

Cons:

Es war ausgebucht und ich konnte nicht verlängern !

Nicht nochmal.
Pros:

Schlafraum neu gestaltet und sauber.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Superior Dreibettzimmer mit Schlafsofa gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zweibettzimmer mit sehr schmalem Zustellbett.

Haben dies sofort gemeldet. Personal konnte uns nicht helfen. Wir sollen auf den Manager am nächsten Morgen warten. Dieser konnte ebenfalls nicht helfen und den Fehler auf Booking.com geschoben.

Das Bad war veraltet. Putz blättert ab. Heizkörper alt und rostig. Billiges WC. Teppich in Fluren veraltet. Zustand Treppenhaus. Laminat in Zimmern wirkt billig.
