Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, in welchem wir oft übernachten. Diesmal aber leider überbucht
Pros:

Hotel war überbucht, positiv war das wir an ein Hotel ebenfalls in der Nähe der Messe verwiesen wurden und dort zu den selben Preiskonditionen übernachten konnten.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel überbucht und wir wurden an ein anderes Hotel verwiesen, obwohl wir bereits lange im Voraus gebucht hatten. Eine Information über die Umbuchung hätte Zeit erspart.

Pros:

Der Service am Empfang war super, leider lies alles andere etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas zu weich sonst war das Zimmer okay. Das Badezimmer oder Dusche mit WC waren etwas klein geraten, allerdings war es mit der Sauberkeit in der Dusche nicht so gut diese hätten eine Renovierung nötig.
