Un hotel agradable a las afueras de la ciudad
Pros:

La zona donde está ubicado el hotel resulta práctica principalmente si estás de paso, ya que queda algo alejada del centro. En cualquier caso es una zona muy agradable, ya que está dentro de un gran parque con lagos, perfecto para dar un buen paseo y también quedan cerca algunos lugares de interés. Además, se puede aparcar sin problema delante del hotel en una zona de aparcamiento gratuito para los clientes.

La habitación estaba bien en general y me resultó bastante cómoda, además de tener unas agradables vista al parque.

El desayuno muy bueno, muy completo, y la chica de recepción también fue muy agradable.

Cons:

Nada negativo a destacar, pero hay que tener en cuenta que por la zona no hay demasiadas opciones de restauración.

Como he comentado si se busca visitar el centro de la ciudad puede que no sea la mejor opción, pero no era mi caso.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy bonita, está al pie de unos lagos con muchos árboles donde poder pasear. El desayuno bufet muy completo; el personal que lo atiende está pendiente en todo momento de que no falte nada y son muy amables.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was well organized, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of the receptionist from Syria. He was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. His excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Cons:

The only downside was that the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made some areas feel a bit messy. We also noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing and should be addressed. Apart from these issues, we had a pleasant stay overall and enjoyed our time at the hotel.
