location is perfect for exhibitor or guests in Nurember Messe. Looking for food are a bit hard but that was expected. Their breakfast is nice but every day is always the same without even the slightest variation

Cons:

Heavily under staff. Cleaning service is really bad. We asked to the room to be clean the night before as per regulation, but the next day nobody come, we waited for 3 days nobody come. We asked the receptionist, they said in the system the cleaning service already ticked our room which is not true at all, our rooms are not cleaned. After that the next day they clean it.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich top. Das Stadion ist gerade mal in 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für unsere Zwecke war es eine gute Adresse. Es war ruhig, mit Klimaanlage und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Matratze war sehr hart. Das Hotelpersonal darf gerne rauchen, doch warum im Eingangs Bereich. Hier sollte das Hotel eine andere Lösung für die Angestellten finden. Man kann sich sogar eine Flasche kaltes Bier kaufen, allerdings mit 4,50€ viel zu teuer. Als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit etwas teuer.
