Pros:

Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Zona comoda con ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi.

Cons:

Hotel molto rumoroso, zero insonorizzazione, impossibile dormire a causa dei continui rumori delle stanze vicine. Un cartello della polizia nel parcheggio avvisava di togliere ogni oggetto personale dall'auto.

Would like a discount next time I book here. From the bathroom being filthy with small pieces of hair.

I would stay here for an overnight because rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Not anything more.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub water could be cleaner. It was very cloudy by end of day. Someone had broken the knob for the jets on the hot tub so it was not working.
One reason we stayed here was because your description said “Fitness Center” and well……that term is used very loosely. It was a room the size of a closet, no air flow, a bike with exercise arms, a treadmill, very limited free weights, no bench, or place for dirty towels and not very clean.
Seriously, it needs major improvement or do not include fitness center in your list of amenities.

Great price considering I hadn’t booked in advance. The room was clean and quiet.

The smell of chlorine from the pool took over the entire first floor of the hotel.

A very satisfactory experience… until the AM shift dropped the ball.
Pros:

Super close to the rental car return and airport. Room was quiet, clean and cool. Pool was a welcome treat after days in the Albuquerque heat.

Cons:

Requested an early AM airport shuttle service. Watched the night shift write down the request and took recommendations from them on timing. In the AM, we arrived at the appointed time to find the front desk completely unattended for a half hour. We rang the bell, knocked, even called the front desk. Nothing. Another guest found themselves in the same predicament. So we ended up calling an uber.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly

Cons:

For 3 people checking into a room, 3 wash clothes were expected. Only had 2. Had to go to the front desk ask for another

Our stay was for a surgery and everything was at a good distance and gift was very beneficial to us and our family.
Pros:

I absolutely loved how clean not only our room was but the facility was. Also was very happy how helpful the staff was from our check in to our check out.

They took great care of us when we had an unexpected overnight need.
Pros:

The front of house staff was exceptionally helpful when we had to spend an unexpected night in Albuquerque after a cancelled flight. Jay in particular went out of his way to help us.
