Não é no centro mas é fácil de encontrar e de acesso. São pequenos quartos ou studios, com pia, frigobar, tv, banho quente e isso é impotante em Lages, etc, muito limpos, arejado e organizados. Dá pra ficar mais de um dia, tranquilo. Garagem fechada, segura.

Cons:

Da pia do banheiro. Dá pra instalar uma agua quente e melhorar a pia.

Achei excelente o custo-benefício. Paramos em Lages/SC em uma de nossas paradas à caminho da Serra Gaúcha/RS. De fato, busquei um lugar com a boa pontuação no quesito custo-benefício e superou minhas expectativas: quarto grande, super confortável, limpo, silencioso, atendimento excelente e café da manhã gostoso.
