Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ("Extremely clean", "Clean room", "inside and out"), though one report of hair on bathroom floor slightly lowers the perfect score.
Service
9.3
Staff repeatedly described as helpful, friendly, polite and professional across several reviews, supporting a strong service rating.
Location
9.2
Several mentions of being conveniently located, close to restaurants and family, and "located close to everything" justify a high location score.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are described as comfortable, updated and with good beds, but some guests noted uncomfortable beds/pillows and noise issues, so room quality is slightly reduced.
Amenities
8.9
Amenities like a pool and consistent breakfast offerings are noted positively; suggestions for local restaurant partnerships are minor and do not detract much.
Value for Money
7.4
Opinions on price are mixed: several guests said it was excellent value while a few called it pricey or more than expected, leading to a below-average value score.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast is frequently mentioned as 'excellent' or 'above average' though a few noted they didn't use it; overall F&B sentiment is positive.
Overall Experience
9.5
Many headlines and comments describe an excellent or great experience ("Enjoyed all aspects", "Great experience", "It was excellent"), supporting a very high overall score.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent shower, helpful staff. King bed with a chaise so we didn’t have to sit on the beds.

Cons:

A little pricey because it was a Saturday night.

Was happy with the hotel -
Pros:

It was super clean -

Cons:

Every time I go to a HIE I’m pleasantly surprised by how well they maintain their properties- bedding
Pillows are always clean and fluffy - towels are nice and rooms are immaculate- pricing is reasonable and breakfasts are above average -
