Pros:

El hotel no tenía idea que íbamos para allá por la falta de comunicación entre el personal de Expedia y el personal del hotel, cuando llegamos al hotel a las 9:00pm luego de estar agotados por el extenso viaje hacia Pedernales nos dijeron que todas las habitaciones estaban llenas y que no le habían comunicado de ningún lado nuestra reservación, procedimos a llamar a Expedia y luego de 2 horas de una llamada telefónica nos dijeron que nos iban a facilitar una habitación triple cuando llegamos al hotel esa habitación triple ya la habían alquilado y tuvimos que deambular hasta encontrar luego de muchas horas y ya estamos llenos, una cabaña con precios exagerados por ser un día de fiesta, fue una bastante muy mala experiencia con Expedia por no asegurarse antes de que el hotel recibiera nuestras reservaciones y por el mal rato que nos hizo pasar y ni siquiera tuvieron la decencia de disculparse de manera correcta y mucho menos compensar los daños.
