Pobyt w dużym i pięknym mieście z intensywnym zwiedzaniem i raczej nie był to pobyt wypoczynkowy
Pros:

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, tuż przy ulicy Gran Via, co sama nazwa hotelu sugeruje, ale jest to boczna ulica. Blisko do kilku stacji metra, Pałacu Królewskiego i innych atrakcji. Dzięki temu po Madrycie poruszaliśmy się pieszo i ewentualnie metrem, gdy już sił brakowało. Tutaj polecamy wykupić kartę turystyczną na środki transportu. Nie jest tanio, ale załatwia kombinacje z doładowywaniem zwykłej karty przejazdowej.
Hotel bardzo czysty z bardzo pomocną obsługą. Śniadania dość urozmaicone, można zamawiać u obsługi dodatkowe dania (omlety czy jajka sadzone).
Cicha klimatyzacja.

Cons:

vende x hotel de 4 estrellas y mi habitacion estaba tan vieja q no le doy ni tres estrellas. Las fotos de la pagina no eran la habitacion de "sotano"que me dieron, sin luz natural, con ventana a pstio de un bajo.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a unas pocas cuadras de la Gran Vía y de la estación del metro. El personal muy amable, tiene recepción 24hs (esto es muy bueno si necesitas consultar algo). La cama muy cómoda.

La ubicación, la limpieza y el tamaño del baño y la habitación.

Cons:

La iluminación. La habitación no tiene ventana exterior y se queda con una sola luz oscura todo el tiempo que te desubica de la hora.

Acomodação muito boa, limpeza muito boa. A localização é otima, ja que fica perto da Gran Via, sendo possivel fazer tudo a pé. O hotel também tinha estacionamento para o carro, o que nos ajudou bastante.

Me pareció muy cómoda la habitación y el baño!!!te ponen agua y café!!!, no probé el desayuno!!!

Me salió una toalla rota, me quedé en shock , que te pase eso en un hotel de esa categoría es raro, para que pongan más cuidado !!!
