Cálida y tranquila.
Pros:

Fueron muy amables siempre, me recibieron las maletas temprano y pude pasear por Madrid sin preocuparme por el equipaje.
A la hora de irme me llamaron un taxi que nos llevó al aeropuerto, que no queda lejos del hotel.
Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

No me gustó que solo ofrecen desayuno en la mañana.
No tiró un restaurante abierto para almorzar, ni para comer o tomar algo durante el día.
Pero está tan céntrico, que eso no es un gran problema.

Room 012 was very comfortable but for a 4 star hotel the outlook was awful!! The sofa in the room was badly stained and on day two no towels or coffee were replenished. Breakfast was ok but a bit expensive at 22 euros
