Check in was fun and easy but i didnt understand that i needed to use my card to make the lights work so that was a little stressf. The room was super tiny and cute and served its purpose for the night. The bar staff was nice and fun.

Pour le petit déjeuner ils faut attendre pour avoir du pain et des croissant et pain au chocolat manques de petite cuillère et de tasse

Séjour du 10 au 14 juillet 2025. À notre arrivée tardive, on nous attribue une chambre qui ne correspond pas à la réservation faite via Hotels.com (1 lit double au lieu d’un lit double + 1 simple pour deux adultes). Le réceptionniste (intérimaire, sans accès au système) tente de trouver une solution pendant 20 minutes. Il nous donne finalement une autre chambre, plus petite, mal agencée, avec deux lits simples et un lit escamotable dans le placard, rendant le rangement impossible. Il déclare que “la chambre réservée n’existe pas” et critique Hotels.com en disant que “ce sont les pires pour les réservations”. À vrai dire, on a eu l’impression que nous voir dormir dans notre voiture l’aurait arrangé.
Il manquait les serviettes à notre arrivée, demandées à 23h30. Le dimanche soir, plus de gel douche ni de gel pour les mains.
Au check-out, un autre réceptionniste (Malik) nous donne une version contradictoire (“panne de clim” dans la chambre initiale — faux). Aucun geste commercial, aucune excuse.
Seul point positif : une jeune femme au bar, très professionnelle.
Globalement, une expérience décevante. Je déconseille cet hôtel.

Good hotel if your looking for something close to the airport for a layover flight

A very good hotel, friendly efficient staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well sound proofed (there was a thunderstorm which I could hardly hear). Bar prices were a little high, but a great stay.

I liked the hotel. It looked new. Everybody were nice. You need to have a car to be able to get around. The hotel is located a few minutes from Paris.

Hotel wasn’t in a great location unless you need to be next to the 2nd airport, probably decent if you have a car, bus stops not too far from hotel which was good but not a lot of anything close to the hotel, room had broken/ missing button on the toilet, curtains where dirty, numerous hairs found in small apartment. Hotel was cheap but room was very basic, no storage for anything, no table, no fridge anything like that. 3/5 for me on this hotel, wouldn’t stay here again. Didn’t interact with any staff as we were out all the time, I’m sure they were prob amazing, bar / cafe area looked nice and clean and spacious.

Very adequate for a single night before catching an early flight at CDG. The front staff was friendly and quick, vending and restaurants in the hotel were excellent and affordable. Only thing wrong with our room was the AC didn't work. We didn't bother reporting it because we were there for less than 12 hours.
