Pros:

I liked everything. The bed and linens were very comfortable.

Cons:

Wasn't a place to unload and load your car. Had to make a few trips from the parking garage to the motel as I am single and could not carry everything at once

The room was large and well equipped.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking in such a small city was unexpected. My room was a corner room and because of the door to the adjoining room I could hear the door of the adjoining room every time it opened and closed.

Pros:

Convenient location. This was an overnight stop on a long drive. The restaurant was walking distance from the hotel.

Cons:

I reserved 2 connecting rooms by phone, which were available when I reserved them. When we arrived, they had no connecting rooms. I had reserved in advance through The Residence Inn,, then timely cancelled the room I reserved through Booking after being told I could not get connecting rooms through a 3rd party. When we checked in, the Booking reservation cancellation had not been cancelled and they charged me a no-show. It took a month to get the charge reversed through Booking.

Hotel is very modern and very clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. The main reason for not giving 5 stars was the breakfast was not very good. One day they had tortillas but they didn’t have a warmer for the tortillas, so you ate cold raw tortillas?!?! Another day they had no coffee. Our last day, we went to a cafe for breakfast. Just very sad. They then had an evacuation, we couldn’t get into the hotel. They never apologized or explained what was going on. For the money, just not worth it.

Great location. Check in staff was excellent. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 star rating, was the slow/no response time to clean the room. We would be out most of the day to find the room hadn't been cleaned but would conveniently come by right as we were trying to take a lap afternoon nap

I do not know because we arrived to check in and were given the option to cancel our stay due to the hotel. not having hot water. We were told that there would no be no hot water until Friday and we arrived on a Monday.
The desk person assured us that we had the money put back on our card and here it is a month later and I have still not received any credit back and have contacted Hotels.com regarding this.

I was really sad that we could not stay there as it looked like such a great place to say. I had actually wanted to try and book another trip there. With the hassle of getting a refund and now the hotel telling Hotels.com that they show no records of this "no hot water incident" I am not happy. Nonetheless our stay was also planned cause it is close to the hospital where my husband had a heart procedure done and we would be needing to stay close to the hospital for a few days after so that made this hotel even better. Here we are going for another procedure and I had hopes of having this resolved so we could stay there but I am still waiting for over $600. to be credited back to my account. Not cool! Not very good service. I would have even been willing to get a credit to come and stay for the 3 days but I have not even received that.

We had to pay for our car to be parked, get our car back and put the luggage back in the car just because we did not get an email regarding this "no hot water" incident that happened the day we arrived. Now no credit back
