Lovely, clean & spacious
Pros:

Very beautiful room, in Greek style, we felt safe, cosy... clean, spacious. Lovely green area & terrace.

Cons:

No pool, not possible to cook, but its ok for the price is great value. We liked everything

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones son cómodas, el servicio es atento y lo que necesites te lo proporciona (toallas, papel, baterías para el control), las camas son cómodas y el agua caliente funciona fenomenal

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco difíciles de enfriar con el Aire acondicionado en el lugar que tienen, haria falta un ventilador, hay ruido de música alta por el establecimiento de a lado hasta las 2 am (aunque entiendo que esto es algo fuera de su control)

Bed unconfartable ans trace of moisture near the AC. But staff very nice and good location

Good location and good staff. There is a very good tacos restaurant in from of the hotel. And a good.

Cons:

There was moisture and that is very dangerous for health. We arrived late and no other roomwas available. The staff was very nice and they changed our room. The beds were unconfortable in both rooms.

Incredible value and great location
Pros:

The MIO is in a central location in Tulum downtown and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on the main street. It is by far the best value in town and has a nice second floor sitting area if you need to do a little work on the laptop if its raining out. You'll need to rent a bike if you want to go to the beach as the hotel is in downtown, but there's a bike rack outside the hotel for easy overnight parking.

Clean, convienience and very affordable, can't go wrong.

La ubicación y si solo lo ocupas para una noche, como salí de Xelha llega a dormir ahí para continuar al otro día mi viaje a Bacalar

Location was great, and cost for what I was getting was amazing. Lots of food locations and Oxxo/7/11 close by

Cons:

I didn't mind it as the location was great for me but there is live music directly next door, so for those looking for a quieter night it may not be great. - the music itself is awesome though.

Pros:

We had a nice room with plenty of space.
A good TV and really good shower.

Cons:

Although the rooms were ready, no one was allowed to check in early. They had a very strict policy. For us, it meant a lot of waiting around and a wasted day.

Tuve que bajar a pedir toallas en 3 ocasiones porque la hab no tenía ya al final 10:30 de la noche volví a bajar a pedir y me dieron una de baño pero ninguna para manos ni tapete , aparte había basura abajo de la cama y cabellos en la coladera de la ducha que solo estaban tapados por la tapa de hule para olores

Céntrico y económico
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son amplias, la comodidad de la cama y almohadas es excepcional. Es un lugar bastante tranquilo. Viaje con mi familia y todos salimos muy satisfechos, pensando en volver.
Está a 5 minutos en carro a la entrada de Playa Paraíso (mi lugar favorito en Tulum)

Cons:

En mi estancia mandaron todo a lavandería y el primer día no tuvimos toallas, a la mañana siguiente seguían sin tener toallas. En la tarde al volver ya pudieron darnos las toallas.
