Tuve que bajar a pedir toallas en 3 ocasiones porque la hab no tenía ya al final 10:30 de la noche volví a bajar a pedir y me dieron una de baño pero ninguna para manos ni tapete , aparte había basura abajo de la cama y cabellos en la coladera de la ducha que solo estaban tapados por la tapa de hule para olores

Céntrico y económico
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son amplias, la comodidad de la cama y almohadas es excepcional. Es un lugar bastante tranquilo. Viaje con mi familia y todos salimos muy satisfechos, pensando en volver.
Está a 5 minutos en carro a la entrada de Playa Paraíso (mi lugar favorito en Tulum)

Cons:

En mi estancia mandaron todo a lavandería y el primer día no tuvimos toallas, a la mañana siguiente seguían sin tener toallas. En la tarde al volver ya pudieron darnos las toallas.

La struttura è carina e circondata dal verde, le stanze comode e possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Letti comodi.

Cons:

Stanze troppo umide, l'odore si percepiva facilmente. Comunicazione con i receptionists complicata a causa della non c9noscenza dell'inglese da parte loro.

Proche de l'arrêt de bus et des restaurants

Cons:

Sans doute un hôtel au bord de la mer serait plus appréciable mais plus éloigné des bus, je n'avais pas de voiture, du coup cette solution m'a bien convenue.
Attention l'hôtel est juste à côté d'un bar qui met de la musique jusqu'à 3h du matin donc sans boules quies il faut avoir un sommeil lourd.

The woman receptionist was very rude tried to charge me more. Beware of this pay at property. My room very old worn out floors. The male receptionist in evening wonderful. Good location. But the rudeness of receptionist was very shocking.

One of the few hotels in the area without power for 1/3 of my stay.
Pros:

I was charged a different price at checkin then my reservation on booking.com. Also during my stay of three days the power was off for 24 hours. This made things like work and using the internet challenging.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca del centro de Tulum , la habitación es bonita con decoración rústica, para mi familia de 4 fue perfecta. Dejamos el carro afuera en la calle justo en frente del hotel pero no cuenta con estacionamiento

Cons:

Llegamos y el refrigerante pequeño en la habitación estaba súper sucio tuvieron que limpiarlo pero lamentablemente no funcionaba,creo que pueden mejorar mucho en cuanto a la limpieza , tampoco nos dieron toallas que dijeron nos iban a dar a cierta hora.

Would always stay here again

Helpful staff
Nice shared area
Rented us a scooter with no complications. Easy delivery and fast dropoff of the scooter. Also only needed a passport as a deposit.
We even prolonged our stay here

Günstig, aber mit Abstrichen.
Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr schlecht belüftet, da die Fenster in den Innenhof zeigen. Das hat kühle feuchte Luft zur Folge und deswegen war bei uns Schimmel an der Wand. Leider haben wir gefroren und wegen der schlechten Luft nicht gut geschlafen. Die Küche konnte leider auch nicht benutzt werden. Und es war die ganze Nacht sehr laut.
Naja, dafür war es sehr günstig.
