Camere grandi e ideali per famiglie.

Cons:

Colazione 20 fr ma buffet proprio solo essenziale. Affettato secco, caffè unicamente da mokka, pane solo una qualità. Sedie sui tavoli … peccato

Ideal für Business wegen Flughafennähe. Für Familie das nächste Mal wo anders.

Alles, wie erwartet. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat leider geschlossen (März 26). Frühstück eher dürftig. Lage etwas vom Schuss, war aber bekannt.

A szálloda felújítására lenne szükség, a korábbi színvonal megtartása miatt..
Pros:

A szálloda a központban van mindenez közel (vasút, villamos, busz)-
Reklamációmra a recepciós hölgy azonnal intézkedett, szobacserével.
A személyzet messzemenőkig segítőkész volt (beleértve a takaítást is)

Cons:

Előre lefoglalt és kifizetett szállásom volt. Olyan szobát kaptam, ahol az egyik redőny leszakadt, a szoba félig sötétben volt, valamint nem volt éjjeli lámpa, csak a helyét tömték be papirral, a fürdőszobában törött volt a zuhany állító kar, a mosdó csaptelep mozgott, nem volt jól rögzítve. A szoba nagyon hideg volt, annak ellenére, hogy téli időjárás volt.
Reklamációt követően egy jobb szintű szobát kaptam, melynek fürdőszobájában a reggeli órákban nem volt melegvíz.

Good in the summer time bad in the winter time.

I like the bed and the room was clean.

In winter time the room is to cold on the night time and the pillow was to hard, and noise from outside is really loud inside.

Zimmer und Lage ok

Cons:

Ich musste das Zimmer wechseln. Beim ersten Wasserschaden am morgen, Lavabo defekt. Nicht neu, der Boden hatte sich schon gelöst. Beim neuen Zimmer dann Lavabo komplett los, hat nur an den Sanitären Leitungen gehangen, nur peinlich. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein und Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.
Frühstück bedürftig. Nach der zweiten Tasse Filterkaffe ist fertig, keine Milch, kein Butter.....

Frühstück Angebot sehr schlecht nur mit ein wenig Lachs ist es nicht gemacht.

Zimmer sind veraltet (v.a.Bad) und entsprechen nicht einem 4Sterne Hotel. Das Personal (Reception, Restaurant) war nicht wirklivh verfügbar und unfreundlich. Die Reception war nicht besetzt.

Dommage ces mauvais points de personnel, car l’hôtel pourrais être bien et est bien situer.

Grande salle de bain, mais dangereux! Je me suis taper la tête contre une étagère en verre, lorsque je voulais simplement me lever des WC 😳

Déjeuner pas acceptable pour un prix de 32.-!!
Pas de chocolat chaud/ café imbuvable ! J’ai due réclamer une crème à café. Le buffet du petit déjeuner immangeable, le fromage jauni, les œufs hyper froid et trop dur.
Seulement une baguette de pain sec et les toast avait un mauvais goût! Plus de jus d’orange ni de jus de fruit..
ect, ect….
Et tt ça servie par une personne qui ne parle pas allemand, tablier noir très sâle et entrain de fumer des clopes sur la terrasse 🫣
