Hotel clean. Good location

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the room. It is extremely hot these days, so it is impossible to stay in the room. It is very hot.

Super hôtel agréable et calme
Pros:

Bien que nous sommes arrivés après la fermeture de la réception, notre clé et notre fiche nous attendait à la réception.
La chambre familiale est hyper spacieuse et agréable. C'était très calme.
La petite bouteille d'eau offerte était très agréable.

Cons:

Le seul hic était l'ascenseur en panne. Mais rien de vaut une petite marche.

Zweckmässig, praktisch wegen Flughafennähe - Restaurant/Bar seit Monaten geschlossen
Pros:

Es war eine praktische Unterkunft mit genügend freien Parkplätzen, die im Preis inbegriffen sind. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was sich besonders im Badezimmer zeigte. Ich war wohl auf der "älteren" Seite des Hotels, wo es keine Klimaanlagen im Zimmer gibt. Es wurde ein (leider etwas lottriger, leistungsschwacher, aber immerhin) Turmventilator zur Verfügung gestellt (es gab in dieser Zeit aussergewöhnlich heisse Temperaturen).

Cons:

Kein Vier-Stern-Hotel nach meiner Einschätzung:
Das Restaurant und die Bar sind seit März 2026 geschlossen, was klar nicht der Beschreibung des Hotels (Booking.com im Juni 2026) entspricht. Die Reception ist häufig nicht besetzt, selbst wenn sie es gemäss Info an der Reception sein sollte. Wer ausserhalb der (Büro-)Öffnungszeiten eincheckt, findet Schlüssel und Anmeldeinformationen offen auf der Theke vor (Datenschutz?). Ich wurde an einem Sonntagnachmittag von einer verzweifelten amerikanischen Familie angesprochen, die keine Hilfe fand wegen der nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage in deren Zimmer. Auch erhielten sie den dringend benötigten Adapter für ihre Handys nicht bei Ankunft. Ihre Anrufe, Nachrichten auf dem Anrufbeantworter wurden nicht beantwortet.
Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts zwei Mitarbeitende gesehen, die Dame an der Reception war zurückhaltend-freundlich, der Herr vielleicht etwas unbeholfen und der deutschen Sprache nicht wirklich mächtig. Er duzte mich und meinte "Was wotsch?" (Was willst du?), als ich jemanden suchte, der mir mit dem Gepäck helfen würde ... denn in der Nacht vor meiner Abreise fiel der Lift aus, was bis zu meiner Abreise nicht behoben wurde. Als Seniorin und Asthmatikerin war es mir nicht möglich, mehrfach in den 4. Stock hoch- und runterzusteigen und mein Gepäck inkl. privatem Ventilator zum Auto zu bringen. Der Herr hat nach längerem Nicht-Verstehen dann doch geholfen.

Für einen einmaligen Aufenthalt ok, würde aber nicht wieder kommen.
Pros:

Chek-in und out war schnell und unkompliziert
Parkplätze gratis an der Unterkunft
Zimmer war gross und sauber, klimatisiert und die Fenster waren sehr schalldicht

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Wir waren eine Stunde nach der Frühstücks-Öffnungszeit im Restaurant. Das Buffet war fast schon leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die Begründung dafür war, dass schon Gäste vor uns da waren und zu viel konsumiert haben, darum hat es nichts mehr. Sowas darf nicht sein, wenn man schon mit Frühstück bucht! Vor dem Hotel und am Empfang sah es etwas ungepflegt aus.

Es war niemand da, auch am
Morgen an der Rezeption nicht. Wir konnten gar nicht gut schlafen weil es sehr laut war in der Nacht. Andauernd wurden die Türen zugeschlagen und war sehr hellhörig.

Wir wussten, dass es zu Fluglärm kommen kann.

Cons:

Flug- und Strassenlärm. Keine Klimaanlage, weshalb es keinen guten Schlaf gab. Es war sehr heiss die Tage, als wir da waren.

Bei diesen Preisen und die Sternen hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas staubig, Stromausfall der erst am nächsten Tag wiederhergestellt war.
Frühstück Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben! Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt!

Very basic for the cost of this room. Quite disappointing.
Pros:

It was close to the train station which was easy to navigate to.

Cons:

There was rarely someone at reception and the restaurant was only open the one morning. No real cooling in the building during a hot summer.
