Vorsicht, Sicherheitsbuchung wird zurückgehalten.

Waren oft zu Gast. Bisher waren die Aufenthalte ok.

Zur Sicherheit wurden beim Einchecken über 400€ durch das Hotel auf unserem Konto vorgemerkt. Soweit ok. Trotzdem die Hotelrechnung zu 100% beim Auschecken beglichen wurde, hält das Hotel die vorgemerkte Summe seit 2 Wochen weiter zurück. Weder telefonisch noch anderweitige Lösungsfindung. Unfähiges Personal, linke Hand verweist an rechte Hand. VORSICHT! Nicht zu empfehlen.

We had three rooms to accommodate our family. Everyone enjoyed staying at this property, especially our grandchildren.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Close to bus stop and US Army post.

Cons:

There are no drawers in the room for unpacking, and there is very limited hanging space.

Sehr gutes Frühstück

Ruhig ( Fenster schließen sehr gut, auch war von anderen Gästen war nichts zu hören)

Cons:

Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten im Zimmer und im Bad
Zimmer ist recht klein- nur ein Stuhl
Keine Möglichkeit die Klimaanlage vollständig auszuschalten ( die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin empfahl uns, die Schlüsselkarte rauszunehmen, was aber nichts brachte)
