Snídaně spise průměrné ne jako v 5*.Neroznasi kafe, není možnost si nechat udělat lepší vejce. Cappuccino tragédie. Večeře take spise průměr.

Cons:

Das Restaurant und Frühstück schmeckte uns nicht und war überteuert. (positiv: Nespresso Maschinen). Das Personal im Restaurant war nicht besonders geschickt, nicht aufmerksam und auch nicht freundlich. Mit direkten Worten gesagt, hatten sie keine Lust zum Arbeiten. Im Gegensatz zur Reception! An der Reception waren alle charmant und hilfsbereit.
Am Pool und Tisch und Stühlen draussen hatte es nur hoch oben festmontierte Sonnenschirme, die nichts nutzten.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay the whole time. My highlights: the ocean view from the balcony but also from the restaurant, outdoor and indoor pool; the wonderful pure nature between the hotel and the ocean plus the direct way from the back of the hotel to the beach.

Dinner at the restaurant was great, I highly recommend the octopus and as dessert the brownie with caramel.

Cons:

Nothing comes to my mind that I did not like. Still, a cheaper price would have made me happier 😀

Breakfast was extensive, with a large variety of fresh fruit, eggs, meats, and breads and reflected the variety of international travelers. The staff was attentive and multiple types of coffees and teas were available.

Cons:

There were no beach or pool towels at the pool, or attendants to assist you. Guests had to go to the front desk to obtain a towel and return it to the front desk. There should be a more convenient option.
For maintenance...both the hotel room bathroom and the public bathrooms showed some wear & tear, which did not reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Warm, friendly, comfortable and ideal for a week’s break
Pros:

We have stayed for a week in a sea facing junior suite. Very warm and friendly welcome on booking in, in fact every member of staff have been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, whether at reception, restaurant, bar or room servicing team.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with air conditioning if needed. Every day, on returning from our travels around the island, the room had been cleaned, clean laundry and smelling fresh.

The indoor pool was quiet, but a good size and has spa nozzles at either end. The sauna and steam room were clean and the right temperature.

At breakfast there was a large selection of fresh fruit, bread, pastries and cooked eggs/bacon as alternatives. Our only comment on the restaurant is that the evening menu could offer a wider choice for those who want to dine in.

The hotel is located just behind the surfers beach and in easy walking distance of the town centre. Some restaurants however don’t open on every day, such as Mondays and some close on Tuesdays.

Car hire was efficiently arranged through hotel. Car parking spaces can be at a premium.

Very nice accommodations. We were happy with our room and the place was very comfortable.

On the ocean and very comfortable.

Cons:

The spa facilities need to be maintained. The pool jets were not all working in the indoor jacuzzi and the sauna had a door with a wide gap to the floor letting out all heat that should be fixed.
