Excellent service snd facilities in good location
Pros:

Friendly and professional staff, big rooms, excellent location with easy access to all major sightseeing locationd and hotspots, good breakfast with more than usual to select from, nice outdoor pool and spa facilities

Cons:

Parking somewhat limited even though not high season. No shower requires to climb into bathtub, temperature of air around indoor pool very hit and humid

The pool gym and spa area overseeing the ocean is just amazing
Breakfast has a lot of variety and local fresh products which was very good to have and with a nice view ! And not for granted nespresso business machines for a great coffee !
Love the sea face balcony , room was very spacious , pillow choice and very good mattress. Loved the nespresso in the room and the ocean view also from

Fresh water at reception is also very appreciated.

Staff is very friendly and smiling like everyone on the island !

Can’t wait to be back ! My stay was also very quiet. Never heard anything in my room so perfect isolation

Cons:

I must say that at check in I had found some hair beyond the toilette mirror so if was not for this it would have been a 9 given these things can happen (but better not to and to go an extra mile)

Check out at 11am is very early - for a 5 start at least 12pm

Consider also extending to 11pm spa gym and pool access rather than 10pm given that at 9:30pm the sauna for ex is already turned off / not hot with no light as approaching 10pm

Kein 5-Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Der Ausblick auf das Meer war toll, die Lage ist in Ordnung und wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, ist das Hotel ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Das Frühstück war okay. Auf Anfrage habe ich durch das Personal eine kostenlose Umbuchung für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick erhalten, grundsätzlich war die Kommunikation in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen: im Zimmer selbst sowie in den anderen Bereichen des Hotels, es sind Kalkablagerung, es gibt eigenartige Wasserschäden an der Decke im Frühstücksbereich, ... Ein 5-Sterne Hotel ist das definitiv nicht. Es wird u.a. als SPA vermarktet, aber dadurch, dass der Innenpool von Kindern und Gästen verwendet wird, die keine Rücksicht (v.a. im Sinne der Lautstärke) auf andere nehmen, war dies keine erholsame Erfahrung.

Pros:

Erinomainen sijainti lähellä kaikkia palveluja. Huoneesta mukava näköala merelle. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. SPA-osasto kunnon suomalaisella saunalla (= riittävän kuuma sauna) oli ulkoilun jälkeen rentouttava.

Excellent, Positive surprise when already expecting something special
Pros:

The people, their service, how friendly they were, but also location, how easy it is to get around, peaceful countryside with the ocean right in front of the windows makes this location special. Breakfast was great, so were the Spa and indoor / outdoor pool.

Cons:

that we had to shower in the bathtub - a very minor minor mini issue!

Pros:

Gostámos bastante da qualidade do pequeno-almoço, da limpeza das instalações e da simpatia de todos os funcionários — em especial da senhora que nos recebia diariamente à entrada do pequeno-almoço, sempre com um sorriso no rosto.

Adorámos a sala de jogos e a piscina aquecida. Fomos muito bem tratados por estarmos em lua de mel e sentimo-nos verdadeiramente bem acolhidos durante toda a estadia.

Cons:

Queríamos adquirir gelo, mas tal não nos foi permitido, nem nos foi apresentada a possibilidade de disponibilização como cortesia.

Embora o pequeno-almoço seja de excelente qualidade, consideramos que poderia apresentar maior variedade, nomeadamente ao nível das opções de carnes.

Relativamente à cesta de frutas oferecida no contexto da lua de mel, verificámos a presença de excesso de humidade, o que levou à deterioração de algumas peças. Ainda assim, compreendemos a situação e salientamos que estes aspetos não comprometem a excelente experiência global que tivemos.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit top Personal
Pros:

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel mit hilfsbereiten und netten Personal in bester Lage.
Das Frühstück war fantastisch.
Der Innenpool ist sehr gut temperiert und auch optisch ansprechend.

Cons:

Die Dichtung der Tür zum Balkon muss erneuert werden, man hörte den Wind (Sturmböen bis 100kmh) in der Nacht deutlich durchpfeifen.
Insgesamt ist an mehreren Stellen im Hotel (z.B. SPA, Restaurant) von außen das Wasser zwischen Decke und Fenster reingekommen, was langfristig zu Schäden führen kann.
Die Glaswand zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer könnte besser gereinigt werden.
