Buen hotel con vistas al mar
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, la habitación amplia y la cama cómoda. El personal inmejorable, nos recibieron muy sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar. Hablé con ellos para preparar una sorpresa para mi pareja y todo el personal se involucró y ayudó a poder gestionarlo. El desayuno bien.

Uma noite para comemorar aniversário do esposo
Pros:

Adorei a piscina interior, estava numa temperatura agradável,nem muito quente nem muito fria.
A cama era muito confortável, grande , as almofadas era muito boas.

Pros:

Nice property and friendly reception staff.
Beautiful and clean room.
Might be a relaxing place for longer stay, but felt it was too expensive.

Cons:

Restaurant for a 5 star hotel was really underwhelming. More of a Bistro food type, rather than fine dining.
The location is a bit off. Not really the nice view and resort type feeling as one would expect.
You have to walk to the beach via a field path and a street. From the balcony we could see this field was not really clean. Some garbage here and there.

L’accueil est très proche malgré la barrière de la langue ils sont à la hauteur et super à eux d’essayer de se comprendre

Hier ist der aktualisierte Entwurf mit dem Punkt zur Kaution, der die Dringlichkeit und Unprofessionalität noch deutlicher unterstreicht:

Titel: Enttäuschende 5-Sterne-Erfahrung – weit entfernt vom Standard, Kaution bis heute blockiert

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Verde Mar & SPA gebucht, um eine entspannte Zeit auf hohem Niveau zu verbringen – die Realität sah komplett anders aus. Für ein Haus dieser Preisklasse und Kategorie war das Gebotene schlicht ungenügend.

Abrechnung & Kaution: Als absoluter Tiefpunkt kommt hinzu, dass meine Kaution (Deposit) bis heute nicht freigegeben wurde, obwohl der Aufenthalt längst beendet ist. Ein solches Vorgehen ist hochgradig unprofessionell und hinterlässt einen extrem unseriösen Eindruck.

Zimmer & Hygiene: Wir hatten eine „Junior Suite“ gebucht, die Bezeichnung ist hier jedoch reine Illusion. Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt abgewohnt. Im Bad waren die Duschköpfe stark verkalkt und die Halterung der Duschbrause lose. Ein absolutes No-Go war das Bett: Es gab keinen richtigen Bettbezug, sondern lediglich lose Laken. Dadurch lag man ständig direkt an der nackten Bettdecke – extrem ungemütlich und hygienisch völlig inakzeptabel.

Service: Der Service war schlichtweg schlecht und distanziert bis unfreundlich. Von Gastfreundschaft keine Spur. Am Poolbereich weigerte sich das Personal sogar, Getränke zu servieren; Serviceorientierung sieht anders aus.

Gastronomie: Das Frühstück war einfallslos – jeden Tag exakt dasselbe Angebot ohne jede Abwechslung. Der Kaffee war ungeniessbar und erinnerte eher an braun gefärbtes Wasser als an echten Kaffee.

Infrastruktur & Spa: Es gibt viel zu wenige Parkplätze für die Grösse des Hauses, sodass das Abstellen des Mietwagens jedes Mal in Stress ausartete. Der SPA-Bereich war in Ordnung, allerdings für die Hotelgrösse deutlich zu klein konzipiert.

Relaxen am Strand

Die komfortable Zimmerausstattung mit Blick aufs Meer sowie das ausgezeichnete Essen im Restaurant

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts außer vielleicht dass man die nassen badehandtücher an der Rezeption tauschen muss - etwas umständlich. Es wäre einfacher sie direkt im Zimmer am Boden zu werfen.
