Very nice suite, lots of space and light, great bed! The breakfast is not the most diverse, but on the whole everyone will find something for themselves. Very quiet hotel, there was no crowds, staff very pleasant and discreet. The views from the suite and restaurant are amazing! (The photos show the view from the room and the shortest way to stores and cafes)
I don't think there's anything to improve, but just so you know
1. The beach is small and far from the hotel. But there is a free shuttle service, which helps!
2. Stores and cafes literally in 5 minutes, but to get there you need to go down a steep hill, and then climb back, which is not always convenient. There is another way with a less sharp downhill, but it's longer
Great relaxing facilities, views from the pool are amazing. Very good Internet connection - managed to do some urgent video calls even.
Communal areas are not necessarily the cleanest ones - like corridors etc because it is an open space
Property is very beautiful. I booked an ocean view room but as they did not have one they upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Of course i paid extra but they gave me a good discount. Breakfast was very good. Pool,spa, turkish bath were awesome.
The only concern is the property located on a steep hill and if you dont have a car or cant walk on slope, then it will be a challenge.
But around the property you can find shopping center and resturants.
I would like to thank "Cagdas" the helpfull kind man on front desk.
The fridge did not work and he send a mini firdge to the room which was convinent for a few days stay.
Everything was really nice
The size of the room
Basic hotel, basic breakfast, not cleaned plates, electric windows shutters were not working. No phone ☎️ in the room to call reception or dining area. One more, the lights were blinking all time.
AC kept turning off during the night
Brought attention to it with reception no issue resolved and continue to happen
Very difficult service throughout hotel
All the facilities are as described. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooftop pool and deck are peaceful and stunning. Buffet breakfast has a large selection of options. You are not going to see full English. Towels for the pool and beach can be collected at any time.
This was a first visit to the area. We hired a car so it was easy for us to investigate the area. The property is in Konlaki approximately 10kms from Alanya. If we had not hired a car, we would have found the location a little limited. Cleoptra beach in alanya is lovely, the markets fun and the bars and restaurants lively. We enjoyed everything about Elite Luxury Suites.
