Pros:

We were told breakfast was from 7-10am. I went down for breakfast at 7:10 and they were already out of coffee without a back up ready to put out.

Cons:

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the temp in the room was 74 and would not go down despite changing the thermostat, all bathroom stalls in the lobby were out of toilet paper at 7am, and the shower could have been cleaned better.

Pros:

Breakfast was terrific. I've never seen pork carnitas with all the taco fixings at a complimentary breakfast buffet before, but it was a pleasant surprise. Would've been nice if it went a little later.

Cons:

Everything about the room and common amenities was beautiful, but the furniture was simply not comfortable. The bed was sub-par and difficult to get a good night's sleep on. The couch was not very comfortable to sit on.

Good hotel.
Cons:

The edge of carpet near the bathroom was ripped and nail was out on top,thank god I saw and take it out throw in the garbage otherwise one of us would have hurt our feet.so u guys need to b careful with that.otherwise stay was good.

Pros:

I liked the price for the suite.

Cons:

I did not like the dogs barking on our floor. We were moved and there were more dogs. This has to stop, if you can't travel without your dog, why not stay home? Some have allergies, children afraid of loud noise and what about accidents in the room, hallways etc etc. The front desk person hung up on me, rude.
