Pros:

Resort style holiday close to everything. Great comfy beds. Great large bathroom with spa. Pool right outside door. Buffet breakfast - delicious food, cooked beautifully, great variety, awesome coffee & pancakes.

Cons:

One bed was a sofa bed and not as comfy.

Pros:

Easy check in and ample free parking - also a secure car park for hotel guests. Was given a free drink on arrival for the bar/restaurant attached which was a pub+ venue and where the included breakfast was served. Good sized room with good amenities and free bottled water in the fridge. Easy bus or uber ride to casino or Broadbeach. Pool area looked really nice so will have to come back for a longer stay and to chill around it.

Cons:

I guess the location is a bit far to the CBD, U need to drive, no nearby Resto apart they have their own Resto.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful
Pros:

The pool and the sports bar. The rooms layout very good. Best thing tv inside and out with the bistro.

Cons:

Check office was packed in made it hard to check in.

Very happy with our stay and we will definitely stay again
Pros:

How spacious the rooms and hotel was. So clean and the bed was big and comfortable.
The food was delicious and restaurant facilities great.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great for all ages and families.
Great location, central to all beaches and Pacific Fair mall

Cons:

We booked 3 family rooms and one of the double beds sheets were not clean and had a bad odour. Since we were out all day and slept late, we tried to call reception about this but realised there was no phone in the room. So we didn’t sleep well that night and told staff the next morning and they just said the phone must have been taken (stolen?).

Boa localização, funcionários educados, quarto bonito e confortável, pouco barulho. No geral foi uma ótima estadia.

Cons:

Os quartos não eram muito bem limpos. Parecia que só arrumavam a cama e dobravam as toalhas e o chão continuava sujo. Também não repuseram as águas do meu quarto nenhuma vez. Os utensílios do café da manhã também pareciam mal lavados.
