Great location with secure parking (although was nearly full all the time), very friendly staff and lovely breakfast facilities onsite that my daughter and I really enjoyed!
Secure parking zone was a bit limited and I could not always get a spot.
The buffet breakfast was horrible. Food was cold bacon eggs, bad range of bread one type thin sliced horrible toaster. We didn't bother after the first try.
The staff were excellent. Especially Sfephan.

Rooms were nice, pool and slide was fun for all.
Our Netflix wouldn’t work. Beds were too soft but we noticed that new mattresses were being installed when we were leaving.

Loved the little extras we got for our stay. The 1 free drink and free breakfast were great extras. Staff were great and lovely with us.
Parking wasn't very well structured, lines weren't visible so cars were parked really close and it made it impossible for us to fit into a park enough to open the doors, had to park much further away at 11pm to get back in.
Wasn't stated clearly about the $200 extras charge that gets refunded. Had to message the site to find out why I was adding my card details again after paying for the room. Would like it if they made i clear why we needed to re-add card details for the charge and give a clear reason why its taken.
It had lots to offer for the price.
Transport was a bit further away than i realised, but worked around it.
