I will not book this place again

Soft and uncomfortable mattresses
Old and dated furniture
Evacuation alarm system turned on at night due to water leak and we had to wake up my son and go to the lobby late night
They forgot to do the beds one of the nights although I have hung the request hook

GOOD LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF.
Pros:

Location was good for our needs ,staff in the main were friendly , meals were enjoyable.

Cons:

Bed was way too soft,air conditioner was less than adequate, ceiling fans would have helped, breakfast items were lukewarm.

Pros:

Nice clean spacious room. Great onsite facilities, friendly staff, 5 mins from pacific fair. From the outside it doesn't look like much but we were pleasantly suprised and very happy to stay here.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, good value and located near several convenient bus stops.
Pros:

Best bits were (1) the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful, (2) the breakfast - comprehensive and yummy, (3) the value for money and (4) the location very close to several bus stops making it easy to travel from point A to point B for 50 cents (I’m a Senior).

Cons:

Carpet in the room was looking a little tired. And it’s unusual for a room not to have an enclosed chest of drawers.

Clean tidy rooms, good location and a great stay for a short business trip.
Pros:

The staff were all really lovely and the restaurant was great. Customer service was really really good. The room itself was ok. Generally clean and tidy but it's very basic. Comes stocked with some tea, coffee and sugar but no small single portion milk. A small bar fridge with bottled water. The bath was nice and big and I enjoyed a soak on my first night. A little bit dirty in the bathroom under the sink where the bin had been sitting but nothing that really inconvenienced me too much.

Cons:

The noise travelled from the foyer/ walkway area under my door and into the room. My room was closest to the lifts and so the noise was pretty loud. Unfortunately, this impacted the comfort of my stay. It would be good if the rooms were more sound proof.
