Great place to stay
Pros:

Lovely room, great location amd friendly staff.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was very average. TV wasn't working for most of our stay.

Nightelier Mermaid Waters was comfortable and value for money for a weekend getaway on the GoldCoast
Pros:

Value for money (including the breakfast) was great. It was close to the function we attended. Overall the room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The secure parking for guest was an unexpected added bonus.

Cons:

Entry to the hotel was a little confusing with the co-joined parking with the bistro/ sports bar. The rear door didn't open probably and entry from the secure car park would not have been possible with the assistance from other guests.

Pleasant, would stay there again without a doubt.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. We felt like we had great privacy and we were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice, good value for money.

Cons:

The shower did not produce hot water, just slightly warm, we did not have to turn on the cold tap at all.
The security for the elevator use and one of the doors coming from outside was just open and unlocked in the late evening.

Breakfast was excellent and we also had dinner at night which was very reasonable and also excellent. All staff we dealt with were very friendly and efficient. Secure car park was great.

Cons:

There was a tour group who were a bit noisy banging doors for a while but it settled and not hotels fault.

Not enough staff at the bar for ordering coffees and meals.
We used our own instead of our welcome drinks, in our room.

Cons:

The choice of coffee could be better for pods.
Need decaffeinated coffee and hot chocolate for those who don't drink coffee or tea.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

The staff were all very lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. The amenities were amazing as well. Breakfast was amazing as well, with so much food to choose from. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was amazing as well. Everything about the hotel was great. It was a perfect location as well, we could walk to pacific fair and the beach from the hotel. It was amazing. The bistro downstairs was also amazing, amazing food and drinks.

Cons:

We didn't have any issues with this hotel at all, it would be nice to have a chromecast option on the TV but again no real issues with the property and amenities.
