Good place to stay but will be contacting the property directly next time.
Pros:

Very convenient location with the Tavern next door. Plenty of parking.
Food at tavern was great.

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com late on the day, and was charged double what was advertised for other dates in winter at the property.

The King studio room was very spacious, well laid out.
Clean facilities and quiet for a good night's rest.
Secure carpark.
Plus awesome buffet breakfast which is a plus.
Only drawback is, it's about 25 mins from Gold coast airport

Definately would return in the future.
Pros:

Secure parking. Quietness of room once inside. Free drink card. Nicely re - furbished. Dan Murphy's on site. Top spot, would love to visit in the warmer months for the pool use! Scored 2 free tix to the Oasis cover band that was playing in the function room downstairs. Winning!!

Cons:

Bed was a little soft for us (personal preference).
Hot water took ages initially to come through...like 5 mins.
Room bin smelt of prawns or old seafood. (no issue, put it outside room and let reception know)
Great buffet breaky included, however it was cold (bacon,eggs etc...)

Pros:

the staff were amazing and everyone was so helpful

Cons:

the beds were soooo uncomfortable. I had 2 singles pushed together that were squeeky and made a sound everytime I moved in the night. toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and there were numerous "pipe" noises through the night.
