Pros:

Close to highway, but quiet due to surrounding trees. Ample, free parking. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfy.

Cons:

The cleaner used on the tile floors left a sticky residue. The water bottles offered at check-in were a nice thought...If they were left in the fridge, that would have made it easier as my hands were already full..

Cons:

There doesn’t seem to be a designated smoking area and so people congregate around the front door and literally sit on the benches with no smoking signs… to smoke. It’s pretty un-welcoming

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath units are great for families.
Pros:

The lobby is beautiful, the breakfasts are good, beds are comfortable, property is clean and decorated nicely.

Cons:

I was told housekeeping would be every other day and they were a no show. Bathroom does not have a fan.

Unprofessional
Pros:

The hotel manager came to our room accusing us of smoking marijuana, which was completely false. We were not smoking anything at all. He was very rude and unprofessional when he approached us, making accusations without any proof.

After that, we went to the front desk because we wanted to file a complaint about the way we were treated. Unfortunately, the same manager came out and continued with the same rude attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, he told us that if we wanted to leave the hotel he would make us leave, simply because we came to speak to him about the issue.

This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel disrespected as guests. We expected better treatment and basic respect from hotel management. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Everything was great. Room was very spacious and great location. Staff was welcoming and breakfast was great

It was a trip with just myself and my daughter so I wanted a safe location. We felt safe the whole stay.

EAT A FRICKIN GUMMY!

The front desk and staff were great, I mean lovely, sweet and kind, the only thing is this....I don't care if you smoke weed...smoke it up!. But, I should not have to smell it while I am staying at this hotel for the week due to my job. In the elevator, strong AF...outside strong AF after, in the morning strong AF in the evening strong AF...starting my car smell gets inside my car strong AF.....This morning going to my Job...I smelled like it.....just enough that my Co-Workers had jokes....there is a time and place, damn. Oh! I want to say more....but I will not put staffs business out there.. DO BETTER! EAT A GUMMY, and BE considerate of others! I am good to stay at the Hometown across town.... js

Better options exist near Domain
Pros:

I was looking forward this stay based on the photos provided of the property. The photos of the common areas are accurate and are bright and fresh. The rooms and hallways are a completely different story. Dark, dingy, and an overall unpleasant feeling. We stayed as a work group and all 4 rooms smelled of mold of lack of cleanliness. The beds were the most uncomfortable (hard, thin top sheet) I’ve slept on in a long time. I didn’t stay for the breakfast as checking out was the only goal in the morning.
