Pros:

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The only downside was that we had to pay $15 for parking; I would have preferred it to be free. Also, when we returned to the hotel from outside, our room had not been cleaned. I would especially recommend requesting housekeeping service in advance about this.

The hotel is very nice. The staff in the morning at the front desk is very nice and the rooms are very clean.

Cons:

I did then I like how the staff that was helping with the food was staring at my autism Nephew They didn’t understand us. They just looked and stared at us.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and convenient. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it was nice to know that it was available and an indoor pool. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Parking could be tough to find later in the evening, but we got a space close enough.

Close to airport, free breakfast, uncomfortable beds
Pros:

Hotel location was perfect as it was close to SJ airport. Easy access from/to freeways. Free breakfast was good, dining area was spacious. Free coffee & creamer available in lobby for late arrivals/early risers.

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable. Also made squeaky noises when turning from side to side or when getting in/out of bed.
Bathroom sink faucet was located on left corner of sink instead of in the center, causing water to puddle quite a bit on bathroom counter. Constantly had to be wiped off when using sink.

Cons:

Whomever remodeled the rooms did a terrible job. The bathroom faucet was installed so far from the sink that everytime you washed your hands, water would end up all over the counter. The walk in shower floor didn't slope into the center drain so water would make its way to the center of the bathroom floor.

The balcony had no chairs, was covered in bird droppings and spider webs. The rooms did not live up to a "suite" designation.

I will definitely be looking at other hotels for future stays.
