Wouldn't go back.
Pros:

The staff were nice and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

We had mold on the bottom of our sofa mattress. The pool was dirty with hair floating and trash on the ground. They triple charged me and it took days to get my money back.

Excellent except for one problem the ice machine
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, very quiet, the breakfast was on time and very good breakfast. The Host at the front desk was very excellent with me and my wife, all in all we were very satisfied with the hotel, this is our second time staying there so we had a good time.

Cons:

I didn't like that the ice machine on our floor which was the second floor did not work, I had to go down to the first floor to get ice, that is the only thing I dislike about my stay there

Pros:

staff is amazing. Room was clean.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell. And because I travel with a service dog, I did not want to change rooms cause I loved the location so we went and got a candle and it helped with the smell.

We have stayed at country inns before and they were kept up clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine and the dining area was cleaned often by the ladies.

Cons:

Outside door were filthy and need cleaning and paint. I didn’t want to touch them.
Bathroom tub had mold growing underneath the ledge. Curtains were falling off the rod. Elevator floor was dirty for the whole 4 days we were there.

I was told someone would contact us, never happened!
Pros:

Staff was very nice. Tried to be accommodating, but they had no control over maintenance and cleanliness

Cons:

We had to change rooms after an hour. The bathroom sink plumbing in 124 flooded the floor. We had unloaded all our toiletries and hung our clothes, for four days clothing and wedding clothes. Multiple trips to the new room! We were not happy! We moved in to 145. No stopper in bathroom sink, worried about dropping things in the sink, black mold around toilet and bathtub! Wall paper peeling off wall in bathroom. Stains on couch! Disgusting! For what we paid for the room you would think they could afford somebody to inspect rooms!!! Very upset!

Very welcoming. Friendly staff. Loved the room. Hope to be back in the spring.
Pros:

Everything. Hotel is close to all shopping and attractions. Loved the pool was very warm.

Cons:

The upstairs ice machine wasn't working. But not the staff fault. Hope it will get fixed soon. We made it work getting ice. I got my exercise. Using the stairs.
