Horrible experience and didnt get the refund althoug hotel accepted the free cancellation

Cons:

Overall the hotel lacks manitenance, bad smell even in the dining area, completely outdated, carpets are not clean, depressing, and very low standard. Cant believe that this is part of Radisson! Couldnt stay there for more than 30 minutes.

The location was fine. A little out of the way because of construction. The continental breakfast was nice, the size of the room was good.
The pool was not busy at all so the kids got to play.

Cons:

When i first walked up to the porch to check in, there were empty booze cans dumped all over on the left side of it. The hallway & our room had a definite funk smell. There was a plug in in the hallway, to mask the smell i am sure, which was overwhelming to walk past.
The pool & the pool area is a tad small & had a lot of chlorine in it.
There are hand written signs everywhere about what is broken & unusable, and quiet time rules. Kind of ghetto, for a lack of a better word.
The place just looks like it needs a lot of updating & repairs.

The location is great the staff were polite but the room it self had a bad smell and the bathroom was not throughly clea

The location was the best part about this hotel.

Cons:

Our room did not have a working toliet. It would overflow everytime you flushed it. We called the front desk and they said there was no maintenance in the hotel on the weekends. They couldn't change our room because they were full. When the office brought us a plunger for us to try to clear the toliet ourselves.....that was way over the line. I advise her she could try it, but no way was I plunging a toliet in a hotel. They agreed to reduce the charge of the room, and then have it fixed the nexr day. That didn't happen. Someone came in as a "plumber", but the toliet still didn't flush without overflowing and then stopped flushing
altogether. Booking.com did refund a portion for the first night, but the additional reduction never happened. Just to add to the frustration, the lock on our door didn't lock.

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was fine.

Cons:

Hotel is dated with old carpeting that has a heavy scent of deodorizer. The building is old and we could hear other guests, especially the ones above us. Breakfast was okay but they ran out of some of food items before the breakfast time was over. The courtesy coffee and hot water on the lobby was always warm instead of hot.
