A very friendly, welcoming atmosphere in a great location.
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to be accommodating when we arrived early and with a cake that needed to be refrigerated but was too large for the compact refrigerator in our room. Autumn and Sam made sure the cake was safely refrigerated until it could be brought out for our daughter’s birthday celebration. Erin took great care to make sure the breakfast offerings were plentiful, fresh and refilled as needed. The staff overall are professional, yet friendly which creates a very welcoming atmosphere not always found when traveling.

Cons:

We did have a chair in the room that missing screws and unsafe. However, it was quickly replaced when we brought it to the maintenance’s attention.

Made my life easier. Great manager!
Pros:

I traveled from out of state. The date of the funeral I was attending got moved out while I was en route. I had booked thru a 3rd party non refundable. I needed to split up the dates. I explained this to the manager. He was extremely accommodating when he didn't have to be. Everyone who worked there was friendly. Location is great. I would highly recommend this hotel. They couldn't have been any nicer.

Two women felt completely safe and comfortable for an overnight trip.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Checking in was so easy. Michael at the front desk made sure to make us feel welcome. Checking out was easy too. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the little things like a water and coffee in the morning. We will be back.

Great hotel
Pros:

Had a moving job 1/2 hour from hotel so I needed a hotel that would accommodate our tractor & trailer the hotel was immaculate, hotel staff very helpful & recognized me as a diamond member breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again if in the area again 5 stars

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and other areas were very clean. The hotel carried a great assortment of snacks and drinks for purchase. Breakfast had all the basics and was constantly replenished. The hotel location was very convenient and the price very reasonable.

Another Great Stay
Pros:

Spent another great weekend at Tru Seneca for the Clemson/SMU game. As always, the GM (Mr. Valentine) and his staff were courteous, attentive, and personable. Our room was clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great stay all around.
