Great location and easy to get to, beautiful city views. A bit dated but overall value for money
Pros:

The location was good, great for getting to Optus stadium and the view from the room was incredible. Parking at the property was also really easy.

Cons:

Someone’s leftover breakfast room service trays were left in the hall all day, the room is quite dated, in particular the bathroom where the shower was pretty bad. It was over a bath, shower head was extremely low my husband had to bend his body to get under it and the shower screen was very short.

Pros:

Most of the staff were pleasant and courteous and polite.

Cons:

The lack of service by management in regards to getting things sorted when there was a very serious issue with the air conditioning unit. No offer to change rooms, I myself had to push for this to happen. Even then it took over a hour for this to happen. No one even came and checked out the issue.
