Location is good, easy access to freeways and airport
Reception staff not as happy as they could be
Food was good. Cleaning staff great. Bar man was good!
Bed was meant to be King Bed but it was 2 singles with a gap in the middle and nearly fell between the 2 as wheels were not locked. Other Customers were smoking Marijuana and the stench came in my room..Not good as alot of customers are fifo and would get drug tested and could lose their job! Health & Safety big Red Flag. I complained 3 times and they said they would investigate next morning same thing happened. Female receptionist was unpleasant blokes were great.

The smell in the room wasn’t pleasant, smelt like curry, the bed is extremely uncomfortable, the outside balcony wasn’t very clean

Location was decent.
The property is very dated and bare bones. Rooms were decently clean but very old and nothing attractive about them at all. Not accurately portrayed.

The location was great. The room was good and comfortable. It was nice that there were a fridge, kettle and coffee/milk. The TV was a great size.
The bathroom was a bit run down. And the view was not very nice. Because of the terrible view you don't want to open the curtain and the room is very dark.

Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, the food service and quality was good and the location was supportive of our needs. Amendments to our booking were easy to make and check in/check out process was smooth
Beds were a little hard and uncomfortable for us but it depends on personal preference as overall quality was good
