A very comfortable place, with easy access at a great price.

Spacious, very well laid out, great balcony, staff were easy to deal with and friendly,

Cons:

I would have like an extra pillow to sit in bed and watch TV. I personally did not like the "lounge" chairs. Not comfortable for me. I think the parking was not really user friendly if coming in late at night and the bays were too narrow to swing into with a 4 wheel drive, also we were unable to use the many empty undercover bays as the height restriction was too low because of the angle of the driveway required to access it.

Not value for money barring the location
Pros:

Good convention location

Cons:

Lack of attention to basic requests from staff. No toiletries changed/refilled for 2 consecutive days despite us following up multiple times. The place lacked in basic cleaning and overall very unhelpful customer service. The room had very poor lighting too.
