Please note that the paid parking space is part of MECC Convention Center. If you wish to use the parking facilities, you can drive straight into the garage and take your parking ticket to the reception. The wellness and fitness facilities are free of charge for hotel guests.

Pros:

Kamers ruim en schoon, wel iets verouderd maar functioneel

Cons:

De hoge instap in het bad in plaats van een lage douchebak is wellicht iets om naar te kijken, wie gaat er nog in bad tegenwoordig. Ook voor mensen die iets minder mobiel zijn veiliger en beter.

Het grote comfortabele bed.

Alhoewel daar een zilvervisje over heen liep. Maar die beestjes zijn bijna niet te vermijden.

Cons:

De lampenkappen waren allemaal stuk. Hier en daar was geprobeerd om met schilderstape te repareren. Armoedig. Vervangen die handel!

Het kwaliteit brood bij het ontbijt. Smakeloos, klein en droog.

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad
Pros:

De gastvrijheid en de behulpzaamheid van het personeel.
Erg goed gegeten in het restaurant.
Klachten worden goed verholpen, zo we hebben begrepen van andere gasten.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is redelijk maar niet uitzonderlijk.
We hoorden wisselende verhalen wat betreft de kamers waar door ouderdom het e.e.a. niet functioneert.

Es war im gesamten Urlaub das schlechteste Hotel.

Schlechte Ausstattung, veraltete Zimmer und Räumlichkeiten, Parken schlecht gelöst, alles eher schmutzig, sogar stinkende Mülltonnen am Hauptfahrstuhl, Essen wurde in den Gängen auf dem Boden abgestellt, kein Begrüssungsgetränk, kein Wasser auf Zimmer, sehr schlechte Räume, unfreundliches Personal am Empfang, völlig überfüllt, Massentourismus, mussten uns mehrfach beschweren, Zimmer war 2 Stznden nach Check Inn immernoch nicht fertig, waren absolut unzufrieden, hatten 2 Zimmer und waren 5 Personen, Zimmer waren sehr weit voneinander entfernt in verschiedenen Häusern und wir waren mit dem Hotel gar nicht zufrieden.

medewerkers in restaurant

Cons:

vrouwelijke medewerker receptie heeft blijkbaar nog nooit van klantgericht gedrag gehoord - uitrusting badkamer en kwaliteit sanitair feodaal - inrichting kamer passé - zithoek gereduceerd tot één mini stoeltje zonder zitcomfort - zitstoelen en banken lounge en restaurant met vieze armleuningen niveau kringloopwinkel - kwaliteit voedsel slecht (vlees moest retour want doorbakken en dus droog als schoenzool en prachtige visfilet was was boven op rood-roze purree van zoete aardappel gekwakt) - wij komen al jaren in dit hotel en hebben vooraf gereserveerd en vroegen onze favoriete kamer nr. 521 (hoog, stil, uitzicht) en we kregen kamer 100 met uitzicht op muren en tegenover de lift - verwarming deed het niet en dat is met een buitentemperatuur van 16 graden onacceptabel
