Please note that the paid parking space is part of MECC Convention Center. If you wish to use the parking facilities, you can drive straight into the garage and take your parking ticket to the reception. The wellness and fitness facilities are free of charge for hotel guests.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. Preis-Leistungstip am Rande von Maastricht
Pros:

Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, in guter Lage und guter Anbindung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über einen Fitnessraum und eine Sauna, wir haben beides genutzt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Cons:

Fitnessraum und Sauna, etwas in die Jahre gekommen (es war nichtsdestotrotz sauber und gut zu benutzen)

Toe aan renovatie
Pros:

Bed was goed.

Cons:

Hotel is echt toe aan renovatie. Airco maakt enorme herrie en duurt erg lang voordat je er wat van merkt. Bij binnenkomst is op een warme dag de kamer bloedheet en bjjna niet koel te krijgen. Kamer en badkamer zijn schoon maar nogal verouderd. Spiegel in badkamer is zo verweerd dat je nauwelijks jezelf kunt spiegelen. Ook geen prettige geur in kamer.

Disapointing , really no trust
Pros:

Things started with location. It is quite complicated to reach there from any GPS and there is no orientation in the signs nearby. I had an incidente which an object that belong to me was taken from hotel. it wasa glass bought in a fair that costed 10 eur. No big deal, maybe taken by mistaken, and I notified them. The level of disorganization and lack of communications was absurd. First, they treated they would go to lost-and-found (no reason why!!). Nothing solved , the next day they did the opositite (what me to pay 10 eur ... becuase I guess they put as a debit instead of a credit in the system). They appologize , they say credit would go in 1 week and never arrived.

Pros:

Very old hotel.

Cons:

Room was dirty with the hair everywhere and spots on the bedside tables. Really disgusting. Sink was very high so for a smaller person it was really weird to use it..it needs renovation and mor cleaning, care

Pros:

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip in Maastricht. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Frühstück ist super. Ein Kompliment- viel Auswahl und alles ist frisch! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein kostenlostes Update -Zimmer mit Klimaanlage-, da es so heiß war. Das Hotel ist 4km von der City entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10min da. Es war ein netter Aufenthalt.

Too hot to sleep
Pros:

Overall, everything was fine, but the room's temperature completely ruined my experience. Yesterday, it reached 25 degrees during the day. Although it cooled down to 18–20 degrees outside at night, the room trapped the heat, making it too hot to sleep. I ended up staying awake for most of the night.

暑いなか助かりました。
Pros:

マーストリヒト留学中ですが、記録的な熱波のせいで、あまりに暑くて、さらに滞在しているアパートが冷房なしなので、命の危険を感じてエアコンのあるホテルに逃げ込みました。最初予約した部屋はエアコンがついておらず暑かったですが、フロントに確認して、部屋を変更してもらい、熱波のピーク時を快適に過ごすことができました。地下のジムも使い心地がよかったです。

Cons:

Booking.comを経由して「Standard Basic room」を予約したのですが、どこにも「全室エアコンが設置されている」かのような書き方ですし、ホテルとBooking.comのアプリのメッセージ送信機能からエアコンの件を確認したときも、「Standard roomとSuperior Roomにはエアコンがある」と返事があり「あなたの部屋にはエアコンがついていない」とは言われなかったので、てっきり最初の部屋からエアコンがあり冷房がきくものだと思いました。「Standard Basic room」と「Standard room」とは違うのでしょうか。表記がややこしいので、しっかりわかるように記載してほしいです。

Probably a good business stop. Not so great for tourists.
Pros:

Good breakfast, although the hotel didn't take any particular measures for a gluten- and lactose-free breakfast request. Reactive service, overall. Location is calm

Parking is expensive. The hotel location is remote in relation to the city centre.
