Please note that the paid parking space is part of MECC Convention Center. If you wish to use the parking facilities, you can drive straight into the garage and take your parking ticket to the reception. The wellness and fitness facilities are free of charge for hotel guests.

Pros:

Das Zimmerdesign war sehr gut und auch die größe war gut. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, mit großer Auswahl und sehr frisch.
Die Lage direkt neben dem mecc war für uns ideal. Aber auch in der Innenstadt war mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ( Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür und hohe Taktung)

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer und insbesondere im Badezimmer war sehr spärlich.

Functioneel 1 overnachting nabij Maastricht, goed geslapen, gratis geparkeerd en goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Kamer rustig, bed sliep goed, fles water kado, fijn! Koffie op kamer fijn. Ontbijt uitgebreid, prima. Busverbinding centrum Maastricht goed.

Cons:

Tweepersoonsbed gevraagd, twee enkele gekregen. Koelkast uitgetrokken, maakte teveel geluid. Fitnessruimte ok, zeer gedateerd materiaal. Prima vers water en handdoeken.

Noche relajante
Pros:

La cama era muy grande y el colchón muy cómodo. También pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones wellbeing !! Muy chulo y muy relajante.

Cons:

La habitación era fría y nos dijeron que se calentaba a partir de las 11, lo que no nos gustó mucho porque teníamos frío y ahora en invierno que se calienten las habitaciones a las 11 nos pareció muy tarde.

Ansonsten wie im Vorjahr
Pros:

Cons:

der Abfluss vom Waschbecken in unserem >Zimmer quasi verstopft -> Wasser schlecht abgeflossen.
Übrigens ist die Kombination Badewanne/ Dusche zu überarbeiten , besonders da der Wasserhahn tief angebracht ist und im Stehen quasi nicht zu erreichen ist eim Duschen.

Сучасний модерновий отель. Сніданок різноманітний і неймовірно смачний. В номері кавоварка, що дуже зручно. Особливо вразив ультрасучасний технологічний душ із сенсорним керуванням. Вода лилася неймовірно м’яко та приємно, створюючи відчуття SPA.

Було дуже холодно й не працювало опалення, дзеркало в ванній кімнаті було сильно пошкоджено, а смітник зломано.

Locatie perfect maar personeel en zeker met onze klacht over geen stroom was heel slecht.
Pros:

De locatie. We moesten bij MECC zijn.

Cons:

We hadden geen stroom op onze kamer op derde verdieping en ondanks dat we dit melde bij receptie werden we volledig genegeerd en in ongewisse gelaten. We zagen wel dat er iets gebeurde op de achtergrond maar terugkoppeling niets. Op mijn vraag wat er nu gaat gebeuren en dat ik 254€ voor 1 nacht betaal kreeg ik geen reactie.

Gerne wieder. War ein tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Lage und das nette, hilfsbereite Personal.
Gut über die Autobahn zu erreichen, da wenig Stadtverkehr.
Parkhaus war super.

Cons:

Die Beschilderung des Parkhauses und des Hotels. Es war wirklich schwer die Einfahrt zu erkennen und wir sind einmal vorbeigefahren, da wir nicht wussten, dass man hier über den Fahrradweg zur Einfahrt kommt.
