The room was wonderful, modern and well equipped
The bed in our room had broken springs that squeaked. Felt like we were sleeping on bed springs. The feather pillows were flat.
There was no staff at the front desk in the morning at checkout time so we couldn’t tell them about the mattress and pillow issues
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and surprisingly large compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-presented. The location is also excellent, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended

This is a wonderful place to stay- especially if visiting UB. Our son is on the North campus and it’s about a 7 minute drive.
Across from the hotel is a ton of shopping and food options. It’s great and convenient you have it so close.
All was Excelent
Great place, clean, smelled great, nice outdoor and indoor ammenities. We utilized the indoor pool, outdoor fire table, and loved the free breakfast options.
room walls were dirty, disposal smelled - just overall lack of maintenance.
