The property canceled the booking, saying that for the price reflected in hotels.com they will not host us.

Great value
Pros:

Amazing low price for sea front room with a really interesting and varied buffet breakfast. Area was far too touristy for my tastes.

Öğleden sonra 15:00 gibi rezervasyonumu yaptım ve saat 20:00’de otele gittiğimde kendilerine bilgi gelmediğini ve ellerinde boş odanın olmadığını belirttiler. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda kendilerine kendi imkanlarımla başka bir otel bulduğumu ve aradaki 36 tl fiyat farkının kendileri tarafından ödenmesi gerektiğini belirttim. Kendileri de bana haftasonu olduğundan tercüman bulamadıklarını ve bu işlemi yapmaya yetkilerinin olmadığını söylediler. Genel merkeze aktarıp anlamadığım bir sürü cümle dinlettiler ve kendileri sayesinde sokakta kaldık.bu uygulamayı kullanırken benim gibi sokakta kalma ihtimalinizi gözardı etmeyin ve iki kere düşünün.
