I doubt I'll return to this location.
Cons:

Stayed for 3 nights, got locked out / dead keyed each day. 1st lockout was from 12am til 2 am. After 6 new key attempts, the manager had to hard-key us in. Next morning, they tried moving us to another room with a constantly RUNNING bath faucet, not just dripping. Was then changed to a 3rd room for the remaining 2 nights. Got locked out again the same afternoon, and once again the final night for another hour before having the manager come again after more failed key card attempts.

Pros:

The only good thing about this place was the location for us not far from Pawleys Island.and the pool area was good for the kids.

Cons:

Our room smelt like Marijuana the entire stay. Even outside walking to the room it was strong all through the day and night. The room was not properly cleaned, I realized when I had to fix the toilet from not flushing and I verified the water was on that there was wads of hair all around the toilet. Once I got the toilet to flush it ran all night long keeping my kids and I awake. To be fair, I did not call and complain about it because I did not want anybody coming in the room that late at night. Before check out the kids asked to swim in the pool, we were there after checkout because they were having fun since we were the only ones in the pool area and when we went to the restrooms inside to change, we were questioned about our room number and told we could not swim after checkout. I had not complained about our night of horrible smells and a toilet running, feeling like the pool made up for it until those comments were made. I would not recommend this location for kids if safety and cleanliness is a priority..

Pros:

We booked a reservation through Booking.com but when we arrived they said we didn/t have a reservation. We had called the hotel directly the day before we arrived to book additional night and we were told that we didnt have a reservation for that night either. I am trying to contact Booking .com but i can't seem to get a number.

We enjoyed the area, the beaches were nice. Not to far. We made the best of it.
Pros:

The hotel was outdated. We found spiders and some little bugs in our room. The couch had a huge hole in the arm. But for the price we paid that's what we got. Will not stay again.

Cons:

The room and the furniture were old, damaged and out dated. The curtains were different lengths and faded. The A/C in the 1st room didn't work very well.

This property cancelled my reservation before check in time which is 3pm... When booking the reservation I chose to pay when I arrive...WHY give the option to pay at check in when you actually can't... I emailed this property 3 times before arrival ..no response back from property... I arrived before 3pm to find out my reservation was cancelled... I went across the street to Hampton inn and received better hospitality then this 2 star could give... Either you can pay at check in or not booking.com...bad bad business on both ends😡

It was gross staying here. I will not be coming back, they would not refund us so we could go to another hotel. Very poo

We liked the pool. And how it was 20 mins to the beach.

Cons:

Our room was absolutely disgusting! The bed sheets were stained, we found bugs in the sheets, and the room they originally put us in was not cleaned at all before we came. We went to the front desk and they transferred us to 3 different rooms before we got a decent room. After all the trouble, we asked for a refund to get another hotel and they refused. The front desk people barely spoke English and really couldn’t understand. Overall, just a horrible experience.

Staff was nice, but room had a fire hazard, and room was dirty.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It looked like the TV was going out, scuffed up walls, stained sheets, broken outlet, bathtub had stuff in it.
