Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown

Toilet wasn’t working properly for my two days stay. Lady at the desk said they was having a sewage issue. I wish they would’ve told me that before I checked in.

Very old and doors rusted and paint peeling. Hole in the wall hear the door it open to the outside. Ice machines falling apart not working. Covers on outside air considers were falling off. The good thing the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a bag of chips.

Bed bugs the room doors needs to be replaced bathroom walls nasty AC vents and filters dirty.

No breakfast was served. They said they were renovating so they had bags of snacks. The place is run down and needs renovations desperately.

Not clean sink didn’t drain shower was a drizzle

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the furniture was stained and the curtains were broken. The emergency lights outside were broken so they were blinking into the window all night. There was a lot of noise from other guests or tenants, in neighboring rooms. Arguing, shouting, swearing, and a lot of movement in and out of the rooms overall. There is a empty lot with dumpsters and trash bins near the rooms at the back and there were 2 people back there that seemed to be drunk or on drugs. While one cant tell if the people were staying there, friends of people staying there, or just hanging out there; the lot & dumpsters are very close to the rooms, so you can see and hear anything from that area. The facilities are extremely run down, an empty pool with construction materials scattered here and there, broken air conditioners, stair ramps etc. From the front of the building and the lobby it looks okay, but the surroundings and other guests made for an unpleasant night with little sleep.

Kvaliteten af hotellets værelse, dårlig rengøring, morgenmad samt yderligere opkrævning på 100 USD. Der opkræves yderligere 100 USD til trods for, at der ikke er er skabt et grundlag for yderlige afstraffelse. Morgenmad er ringe og begrænset. Der opkræves et depositum, som bør refunderes, idet opholdet ikke har medført yderligere “afstraffelse”. Hotellet bør således afskaffes som hotel i relation til Booking.com, da hotellet ikke har sendt redegørelse af beløbet i form af en kvittering, herunder begrundelse for opkrævning af depositum.

Worst experience nasty trash everywhere throw up was in my sink and urine in my toilet also I didn't flush change out room shower didn't work food all out on steps it was really disgusting

The room was nasty. You know it's bad when they use shower curtains, eww. Most places have a glass door that can be easily cleaned. You know they are not washing those curtains. There was hair on the wall of the tub. The door and walls in the bathroom looked like they haven't been wiped in awhile, very stained. The back of the door looked like they didn't finish painting or something. The sink was very slow to drain. There was construction boards right there at the room. It just looked and felt like a ran down motel. We were there for a funeral so I wasn't in the headspace to complain or get pictures but on any other day I would of asked for my money back and left immediately. Good thing I had my own sheets.

Dirty nasty overall it was nasty

It was very very very very dirty, uncomfortable, and smelled very bad.

Upon check in I told the front desk lady to put us for cleaning on Sunday because we checked in Friday. She must have forgotten and we didn’t get serviced. Then when I ask for extra towels on Sunday that housekeeper stated they didn’t have any available at the moment. There was hair that was not ours all over the room. The bedding had a few stains. I would hope that we could get some type of voucher or refund for this hotel

Reasonable coffee would have been nice. Some fruit would have improved the kitchen setting.

Faulty shower head and mouldy ceiling.
