Cisza i miły wypoczynek w spokojnym miejscu
Pros:

Cisza spokój, lokalizacja zdala od zgiełku miasta i dla nas akurat na plus. Dobre śniadanie i basen czynny do późnych godzin to coś co nam szczególnie pasowało.

Można by zmodernizować już okolicę basenu

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au Phu Quoc Island Lodge. Le lodge se trouvait dans un endroit calme en dehors de la ville, c’est que nous souhaitions. La plage publique se trouve à 25 minutes et des restaurants à 10 minutes à pied. Le chalet était spacieux, avec petite terrasse couverte et coin salle de bain en extérieur couvert très bien entretenu. La piscine était le + qui a vraiment fait du bien. Concernant les petits déjeuners, sous forme de self service, ils étaient variés et très bons. Nous recommandons vraiment ce petit coin de paradis sur l’île

Le lodge n’est pas isolé phoniquement, mais nous n’avons pas été dérangés

Chouette endroit
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins, le lieu est très sympathique entre les fleurs et les palmiers. Le logement en lui même était très bien, nous y avons logé lorsqu'il faisait humide (jours de pluies), et donc beaucoup d'insectes. Cela reste vraiment un chouette endroit, pas trop logements donc peu de personnes et de bruit.

The room was nice. Price was affordable. Bathroom was very nice. For a hotel that only serves as a bed its perfect, bed from what I can recall was nice.

Cons:

Its more of a budget hotel. Nothing really to do, only if you plan to leave everyday, then it's perfect because the rooms are nice. Breakfast is very basic, I would even say bad, and for some reason they decide to use two small pans for the eggs and pancakes which are the only redeeming things. So you will be waiting for 5-10 minutes for like 3-5 pancakes

Tolle Anlage. Wohnte in einem einzelnem Bungalow, daher kein Lärm eines Nachbarn hörbar.
Sehr gute Idee die Häuser mit Steinwänden zu errichten.
Faszinierend und schön das offene Badezimmer.
Habe noch nie so einen schönen, großen Pool gesehen.
Das in einer wirklich schönen Anlage.

Klimat! Świetny basen, wokół zielono. Drewniane chatki super, podobnie mieliśmy na Bali. Mógłbym w takim mieszkać

Śniadania monotonne, zawsze to samo, część posiłków nie przypadła nam do gustu. Rowery były 5 sztuk ale żadnego sprawnego

Confort des bungalows. Belle piscine. Salle de douche à l extérieur on aime ou pas moi j aime bien ! Petit déjeuner sont bien.

Cons:

Un peu perdu il est nécessaire de louer des scooters mais on est à 10 minutes à pied des premiers restaus et 25 minutes de la plage. Matériel de piscine un peu ancien, vélos proposés vraiment antiques et même dangereux d utilisation.

Do not stay !!
Pros:

The pool was nice and okay and they do have cheap bike rental which we utilised as it was needed due to the location of the hotel. We used the bike for the day and it was a good bike with helmets.

Cons:

My husband and I booked Phu Quoc Island Lodge for five nights but ended up staying only two due to multiple issues.

Unfortunately, the lodge was not as represented in the photos online. Our room had a significant bug problem, on the first night alone we killed several cockroaches and other insects. That night before sleeping we had to purchase bug spray because the issue was so bad. There were spiders and cobwebs under the bed, dust throughout the room, and bugs everywhere. We have stayed in bungalows in Indonesia and other countries before, and this was by far the dirtiest accommodation we have ever experienced. We also noticed a stain on the doona upon arrival, not from us.

On the first morning, we were woken before 8:30am by housekeeping banging loudly on the door (not knocking). It was so abrupt that we genuinely thought there was an emergency such as a fire. While we did not have a “do not disturb” sign on the door, there is no excuse for that level of intrusion, staff should knock politely and wait, especially before 10am. This was extremely unprofessional.

Breakfast was very basic. While it was sufficient, the experience was unpleasant due to crowding and pushing from other guests. At around 9am there was no tea or coffee left, and several items were not refilled despite breakfast running until 9:30am and many guests still eating. While guest behaviour is not the hotel’s fault, it reflected the overall cheap environment of the lodge.

The bungalow itself is made of very thin wood with gaps between planks, meaning you can hear everything happening outside and is quite bright in the mornings. The grounds are also heavily overgrown and look nothing like the photos on Booking.com, which are not an accurate representation of the property and this needs to be updated asap.
