Great location, perfect
Pros:

Great location, very close to the luas line and train station. The rooms were lovely and facilities were spotless.

Comfortable beds, clean. Reception area nice and inviting. Good entertainment everyday to get involved with

Cons:

Breakfast had a sign up for maintenance, so no hot food that wasn't expressed at the time of booking. Sometimes, things were taken away, such as natural yoghurt or fresh fruit and not replenished, so it seemed expensive for cereal and toast. If we had known, we would have just had breakfast somewhere else.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Staff super friendly. Location was close to the Smithfield Luas stop. Ideal for my teen going to a concert at the end of the Luas line. Pillows were so so comfy. 'Rituals' products in the shower and in the public toilets in the lobby. So everything just smelled good! Lobby set up in a way that you could have a drink with friends and socialise, or sit alone and read. Perfect for me to hang around as I waited for my teen to come back from the concert.

Cons:

Rooms very small. Hard to reach the blinds and the kettle.

It was a nice experience.
Pros:

The staff are professional, the room was fine, coffee/tea kettle is great, and the value for money is excellent.

Cons:

The beds were short, I missed the toilet brush in the bathroom, and I couldn't turn off the small lamp next to the bed from the bed.
