In short, very expensive for the quality of fixtures and fitttings. Would not stay over again, but would play golf here.
Pros:

Location and golf facilities excellent, staff lovely. Food was to a good standard.

Cons:

Room and all facilities felt very dated, bathroom sink had hundreds of hairline cracks and needed replacing, in general it all felt very tired. No evening restaurant, ended up eating the the general bar area.

Good. The staff made it with good breakfast. But check the underfloor heating is on. There should be a sign sign underfl

Great gym. Good breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room basic and cold. But functional. Apparently the underfloor heating had not been put on prior to my arrival. In fairness, the Reception staff were very apologetic the following morning. Asked why I didn’t say anything. But I didn’t say anything because I didn’t know there was underfloor heating. Instead I put the single heater on which I thought was the only form of heating.

The day was very good.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The pillows made it very difficult to get comfortable and we had to keep changing them to try and get some sleep.
