Modernes Hotel, super Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, alles etwas dunkel!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Mitten drin und direkt gegenüber eine U-Bahn-Station. Die Zimmer sind schön, allerdings etwas klein. Wir kamen mit zwei großen Koffern von einer längeren Reise, und da hatten wir keine Chance die irgendwo gut abzustellen, standen immer im Weg. Badezimmer klein aber durchaus sehr ansprechend mit dafür großer Dusche. Frühstück super. Alles recht ruhig. Alles mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Wir waren im 5. Stock.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr dunkel gehalten, die Lampen sind für Dämmerlicht gemacht (soll wohl modern sein, geht einem aber eher auf den Wecker). Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum sind in -1, also unter der Erde und sowieso recht dunkel. Das Frühstück war allerdings wirklich super und bis 11.00 Uhr möglich! Sehr gut für Langschläfer. Man sollte sich selbst einchecken, am besten schon per App von zuhause. Das nervt unendlich, weil immer kompliziert. Hat aber im Hotel dann ganz gut geklappt.

Toller Kurztripp nach Berlin.
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück und nicht weit zur Stadt und dem Bahnhof. Anlaufpunkt war der Admiral Palast, der ist nicht weit entfernt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Umgebung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restautants in allen Richtungen vorhanden. Die Betten waren gut und wir haben gut geschlafen. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist die S und U Bahn.

Cons:

Alles ist auf DARK getrimmt und für uns zu dunkel. Nicht falsch verstehen, es sieht alles sehr gut aus.Beim Frühstück hätte ich gerne mehr Licht um alles besser zu sehen. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass mehrere Leute näher an alles mussten um es besser zu erkennen. Bei unserem Zimmer war keine Duschabtrennung vorhanden, da hat man das halbe Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Die alten Dübel waren noch in der Wand.

Great location and clean rooms, but overpriced water and noisy morning renovations were disappointing.

The hotel was clean and had a great location.

Cons:

Charging €13 for just two bottles of water was absolutely unreasonable. Also, the noise from renovation work early in the morning was very disturbing and disrupted the peace and quiet of our stay.

Perfect for a (not very relaxing) short stay
Pros:

The hotel stylish and modern, the checkin procedure very easy and convenient. The location is just perfect, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The shower was particularly nice and spacious.

Cons:

The room was incredibly small and dark, with no window other than an internal, small one in the bathroom. Rooms (and the whole hotel) are dark and painted in blue/black colours, which gives a general unpleasant sense of suffocation. We asked to change room (as I had booked a room with a window) and the staff kindly agreed to move us for our second night. This one was identical, still very small and dark, but having a window did help.

Dorucak je bio dobar. Sobe ciste i tus odlican. Lokacija je odlicna.

Cons:

Najvise buka. Jako cesto sam imao problem sa bukom u sobi. Uglavnom nocu. Hotel ne nudi nikakve sadrzaje sem restorana.

Pros:

Situation géographique de l’hôtel : emplacement parfait.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas terrible. Peu de choix.
Chambre très petite.
La bouteille d’eau n’a pas été changé sur un séjour de 6 jours.
L’accueil à la réception lors de notre arrivée n’était pas du tout chaleureux.
Le Wi-fi dans les chambres fonctionnait mal.
Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais.

Schönes Hotel, cozy = klein
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Schön eingerichtet. Gute Betten. Trotz Blick auf die Friedrichstraße gut isolierte Fenster.

Cons:

Das Zimmer der Kategorie Cozy ist wirklich klein und gemütlich. Für eine Person ausreichend. Für zwei mit je einem Koffer wird es eng. Eine Sache die ich schon mehrmals erlebt habe bei Hotels von AMANO: betont kühle und minimale Rezeption. Kein „wie war die Anreise?“ oder dgl. Eher so dieser maximal desinteressierte „Berliner Service“ Bei einem anonymen low Budget Hotel wäre es mir egal. Aber bei einem Hotel das Wert auf Stil und Qualität legt, fällt das irgendwie negativ auf.
