I would like to stay at Graysot hotel. Again the room was so big and very clean housekeeping team doing a great job, special thank to Sarafudin bell boy and suresh and ram very nice person always helping

First of all big shout out of all of them their staffs members. They all are amazing team tacking care of us. They made our stay memorable. Housekeeping team very very thank you to them always clean our rooms with full dedication 👍👍 special thanks to housekeeping team Anil and subash.

Saurabh has been an excellent person at the concierge always helpful and has taken into account all the requirements of mine, Infact there have been times where he has gone out of his way to ensure that the needs have been met. He is an absolute asset to your organisation. I would also like to add the others as well ( Wasim and soukaina) all of them are fantastic.

The ambience at the hotel was excellent and luxurious. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily by the housekeeping. The service in the restaurant was a great one especially staff Resu and Hayfa were very friendly , made us comfortable throughout our dining experience . It is definitely a must visit hotel for family and couples.

Thankyou so much for services it was booked for my friends who came to Visit Dubai. Specially housekeeping staff Suresh and my friends forget another name.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.

To start with the positives: the breakfast was quite good, and the suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. These were the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay 75 dirhams in tax — something we were already aware of, having prepaid for the hotel. However, we had just landed and didn’t have small change. We handed over 500 dirhams, but the receptionist said she had no change and insisted we pay immediately, either in exact cash or by card. We explained we needed the cash we had for going out and offered to pay later that evening, but she refused. Despite having already paid for our stay and explaining we were there for five nights, there was no flexibility. It felt very unwelcoming and left a bad first impression.

The hotel’s description also stated that it’s only 10 minutes from public transport, but this is misleading. It’s actually a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station — and in the heat, that walk becomes quite difficult. Without your own transportation, getting around is inconvenient. We ended up missing out on several plans simply because the location made everything harder. To make things worse, there are no nearby stores or restaurants. The closest options are at least a 15–20-minute walk away. If this had been clearly mentioned, we would have likely chosen a different place to stay.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. On multiple occasions, used spoons were left uncleaned, towels weren’t kept and basic items like shampoo etc weren’t refilled. We had to call and follow up several times to get things sorted.

Needs to up its game with the competition.

It was a great experience in the hotel restaurant. The staffs were so cordial and cooperative. Food was amazing, super delicious. Ms. Resu service was excellent and her decent hospitality was highly appreciable.She is an asset to the hotel.

Fantastic place with very helpful and efficient staff. Room was spacious and great value for money. The area in which the hotel is situated is a bit far from the main tourist sites but worth it.

It s was big pleasure to stay to this hotel , first experience in the middle of Dubai the room is very clean and comfortable with soft design , thank you for the reception staff wasim and Nancy and mishel and special thank to manager soukina who make it more special with free upgrade and the amenities for my kids , thank you ….

Thanks to Biwash and the team at Bukhara for an excellent dining experience for our large group! The food and service were both excellent. They were able to provide us a large table, accommodated our requirements for small kids, and delivered promptly and with a smile throughout!

I stayed there, but there was no view. First, they took me to a room where the AC was not working properly and there was no proper cooling. After a lot of fighting with the senior receptionist — a Moroccan girl who was more interested in arguing than solving the problem — they finally changed my room. In the new room, there was water logging while taking a shower. Overall, not value for money.

We especially liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of both our suite and all the common hotel facilities, and the maintenance of all spaces. We particularly highlight the friendliness of Resu and Anil, as well all the other staff of the reception, luggage handling, cleaning, room service, kitchen and restaurant and pool.
The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but relatively close to Al Fahidi and Dubai Old City zones.

It was really nice experience in the hotel, friendly, professional stuff. Also thanks to Resu for always having a very good attitude, being very helpful during my stay.
The hotel is very clean, big room, and nearby most of the supermarkets and other facilities.

Good rooms, specious and amenities.Very accessible location and easy commute. Nice swimming pool and gym. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The food was the best part in my dinner ,
Murg angara tikka mann amzinggggg!!
The place had a nice indian vibe but felt like it is hidden, not many promotions i see of this place
May be that can help this place to grow,

What we liked:
- Design of the hotel is very nice, we got upgrade of the room for free - in the room is everything what you need
- Hotel staff is so pleasant and very friendly, they will help you with everything
- Rooftop pool is very nice, you can order drinks and food here - for cash
- Gym is well equipped we didn’t miss anything here, there wasn’t every equipment but you can make solid workout with it
- Especially I want to say thank you for your kindness receptionist Ms. Nancy - she is so nice on hosts and helps with everything

Breakfast;
That’s a question, we ordered breakfast for every day of our stay. We had just a little problem, that they have everything almost the same. Toast, vegetables, chicken sausage, waffles, turkey bacon and local dishes - it wasn’t too many choices here, just normal breakfast nothing that exciting.

There are 3 restaurants in the hotel from which you can choose. We didn’t go to any of these, we ordered food through Careem app or we visited Burjuman Centre which is 800m away

What we didn’t like:
- It little bit far away from metro station, it’s something around 1km away
- Janitors had too much time for cleaning, they can clean your room from 10:00 - 17:00 and that’s ridiculous- I didn’t like this, because they came right in time when we came back home from the pool.
- In the room 403 is not working the electronic system in the glass wall from room to bathroom.
- SOMETHING WAS CLICKING ALL THE DAY ALL THE NIGHT, please fix it. It’s maybe broken Motion Sensor or idk.
- Room safe wasn’t working

The customer service is exceptional, Wasim at the front office is a world class hospitality professional. Very empathetic and great listening skills. He is also very attentive to details. Would highly recommend my friends to stay at this hotel.
