Não me hospedei neste hotel. Preciso do cancelamento urgente.

Fui até o hotel e fui informada que não tinha vagas, pois hotel estava acontecendo um evento e estava lotado. No sábado fui novamente ao hotel, pois fui cobrada R$180,00. A moça disse que não tinha nenhuma reserva no meu nome é único site autorizado é Beijing e o pagamento feito no balcão.

Pros:

Já fiz a reclamação com vcs pelo telefone. Apesar de eu ter ligado no mesmo dia pela manhã e informado que chegaria tarde deram no show. Me informaram que a funcionária esqueceu de avisar e o sistema baixou a reserva. Foi péssimo pra mim que acabei tendo que dormir em um lugar muito ruim
