Location is amazing
Pros:

Location was amazing, beautiful walks on its door step. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom suit was clean. On the last night the food was lovely. I have stayed in the area numerous times and its wonderful.

Cons:

Unfortunately the Internet was down when we arrived so the pub was locked. Both mobile numbers displayed were no longer active. When we were let in we were told the kitchen was closed and the Internet was down. So the first night no food, no WiFi for the whole stay. They did accept cash for the bar drinks. The room was okay, beds were comfy but one duvet had grey/ black spots so I swapped with my daughter. The room its self had a leak so one wall was damp. Floors needed a sweep and the hanging lamp was filled with bugs. It did need a really good dust.

Overall the room felt a bit shabby, dirty and not looked after.
Pros:

Good location, right in the centre of the main street. The room was furnished nicely. It was dry and warm inside the hotel. Lively and crowded in the pub downstairs.

Cons:

There was damp on one of the walls and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The cleaning products used in the rooms were also very strong. The staff were very difficult to get hold of on the phone and didn't return our call when we tried to reach them about our booking.

Lovely place - amazing location and lovely staff!
Room was clean and well equipped, very very comfortable. Little to no noise from pub downstairs.
Easy to get to from station and right in the heart of betws-y-coed
Great drinks and food in pub, breakfast service fab.

Cons:

WiFi could’ve been better at times and shower had slight drainage issue - nothing major.
