Good pub, accommodation is an afterthought
Pros:

Great location with young staff being very friendly. It’s very much a pub, that gets busy, which could be a plus or minus depending on your pov.

Cons:

The heating didn’t work, which was bad as we got completely wet through and couldn’t dry anything. Firstly it wasn’t switched on, when we asked and they turned it on, the radiator was full of air so remained cold.
The breakfast arrangement is very strange, you have to preorder, which we weren’t told. And even then I wouldn’t bother, nobody around, bad coffee, I wouldn’t bother.

Ideal dog friendly pub stay for a walking trip. Would stay again.

Twin room had plenty of space and mini fridge. Clean and tidy. Would certainly stay again.

Cons:

Couldn't find a way to turn the radiator off, so the room was too hot for my comfort.

Lovely place and very friendly
Pros:

Central location , staff very friendly to us and our dog , doggy treats and bowls and mats . Had the bar snacks delicious , room comfortable . Breakfast fab

Room could have been a bit cleaner - cobwebs and dust mainly. Booked a twin bed but would given a double bed

Cons:

The room was so compact you had to go in through the door sideways because the bed was in the way.
Not particularly clean. The ceiling was cut in but never actually painted, the room smelt like stale bananas, the shower leaked and wasn’t very clean, the bedroom was absolutely roasting hot until about 3am when the heating seemed to go off, and the food was very poor standard, I expected much more considering your local competition

Comfortable, friendly and I would stay again.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The Location is ideal as a spring board to explore North Wales. Had a great St Pats night. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. I would strongly recommend this place to stay.

Cons:

The lighting in the bedroom was a bit dim.
