Pros:

Bar area was great with outside seating on 2 sides.Good beer and food.Superb location.

Cons:

Although the downstairs bar and dining areas are fine our room was very dated.The shower was blocked and water spilled onto the floor.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Na ja, die Betten waren in Ordnung, das Personal war hilfsbereit, die Bar gediegen. Und die Duschen wohl erst vor kurzer Zeit erneuert. Und die Blumen im Aussenbereich wurden sogar jeden Morgen gegossen.

Cons:

Nicht falsch verstehen, das Gebäude hat schon einige Jahrzehnte hinter sich. Und ein Inn ist ist ein Pub mit Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind extrem dunkel, die Fensterscheiben der Zimmer habe wohl schon einige Monate keine Reinigung erfahren.
Die Fenster lassen sich kaum bewegen, Schimmel, Insektenleichen und anderer Dreck in den Fugen. Um an die Steckdosen zu kommen (um z.B. ein Smartphone zu laden) mussten wir erst mal die Betten umstellen. Danach konnte man durch die Bodendielen nach unten schauen.
Zum Bad: da gab es wohl schon mal öfters Wasserschäden von oben, wurde nur mittelmäßig instandgesetzt, die einzige Ablage total verdreckt, noch nicht mal Haken, um benutzte Handtücher aufzuhängen.
Dann gibt es da noch einen Biergarten: nicht hinter den Tresen gucken, Schrottplatz!
Preis / Leistungsverhältniss passen nicht.

Great little find in the prettiest village
Pros:

Excellent size rooms, comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Amazing food and staff.

Cons:

It's above a pub so there is noise in the evening. Which is fine as long as you are prepared for this. It's right in the centre of town so you hear people outside. I'm a heavy sleeper so was fine.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Bedrooms clean and tidy, wonderful view of the stream and waterfall from room 6. Fully stocked bedrooms with bathroom essentials and a drinks station with flatscreen tv and kettle.

Cons:

Shame about parking but it’s a small town can’t put the hotel at fault, street parking available a 5 min walk from the hotel or a pay and display 1 min away.

Great Stay
Pros:

Perfectly located smack bang in the centre of the Town and near the stunning Swallow Falls

Cons:

Room was a bit small for 2 and very hot with little air conditioning, lower rooms would be cooler in the Summer

Rooms whwre lovely and surrounding area gorgeous ideally situated for our trip to Zip World

Cons:

The food wasn't great, we had an evening meal on our first night and had to send 2 of the dishes back, but the host was more than happy to help, but overall that was the only thing we could say could improve on.

Great base for an active break
Pros:

Comfortable room in a nice pub. Welcoming friendly staff. The inn is in a great location in the village. Food and drink were just what we needed after a long day's walking. There's a pleasantly shaded outside seating area for warm days. Good value.

Location is perfect, very decent pub food, lively atmosphere but not crazy or too loud.
Rooms were nice size and good comfy beds. Some nice biscuits and quality tea / coffee go a long way too 😬

Cons:

Some areas of the room suffering from a bit of damp but it’s an old building I think, and generally you could tell it was cleaned well.

Decent hotel for a stay in Snowdonia close to the bus stop for daily holes

Good location, easy check in and out, comfy bed and decent amenities

Cons:

Loud live music until midnight but we expected this from the reviews so didn’t bother us too much. Rooms were relatively clean, some mould on the ceilings
