Pros:

Vicinissimo a ristoranti e bar aperti fuori stagione, che non sono molti. Doccia ampia e pulizia meticolosa. È vicinissimo anche al lungomare. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio

Cons:

Non c'è l'ascensore. La porta d'ingresso all'edificio non è sorvegliata e si chiude male il cancelletto.

Tiny clean room with nice bathroom
Pros:

The room was clean and the bathroom was very big and new, compared to what you find around Rimini/Riccione.
It's very close to the see

Cons:

The position of the wardrobe make tree room look even smaller. There was no breakfast in the same building. There is no receptio. The view was preatty lame.
