Dans l'ensemble c'était pas mauvais hôtel bien situé.

Ça a été pour le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre les vitres non sonorisées, portes abîmées, salle de bain (fuite d'eau), les lumières trop fortes, la cuvette des toilettes trop petite, la douche doit être amovible, le lavabo bouché, les meubles sont à remplacer. Enfin de compte nous avons dû changer de chambre.

Experiência tenebrosa: 1 hora preso no elevador !!

O hotel possui uma boa localização na cidade.

Cons:

Comecei a passar mal, pois tenho transtorno de ansiedade e estou em tratamento desde o início do ano. Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp do hotel, e o funcionário respondeu informando que havia ouvido o barulho do botão e que estava tentando solucionar o problema. Comuniquei que estava passando mal e informei sobre meu quadro de saúde, solicitando agilidade na resolução.

No entanto, mesmo com um técnico disponível a apenas 10 minutos do hotel, a equipe optou por tentar resolver a situação remotamente, por videochamada. Somente após minha amiga, que compartilhava o quarto comigo, ameaçar acionar o Corpo de Bombeiros é que o técnico se deslocou — chegando em apenas 10 minutos.

Ou seja, não havia nenhuma justificativa para eu ter permanecido tanto tempo naquelas condições, especialmente considerando meu estado de saúde. A equipe do hotel subestimou a gravidade da situação e demonstrou total falta de empatia. O episódio gerou um retrocesso no meu tratamento.

Não recomendo este estabelecimento. Péssima experiência!
