Just back from a week's all inclusive stay at Villa Mandi. I honestly cannot fault the hotel. Everything from the initial check in right up to check out was just perfect. We stayed in room 309 as a family of 5 it was more than big enough to accommodate us all with a small kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned everyday bar one. With towels changed almost everyday. The all inclusive range was plentiful with a variety of choice a small gluten free section was provided. Waiting on and bar staff couldn't work hard enough constantly on the go to ensure areas were clean and tidy. Pool area more than big enough for everyone new sun loungers and a pool bar on the upper section. My only gripe would be how late the football academy outside the hotel was on until as our room was facing that and it was quite loud but that's nothing to do with the hotel. We would most definitely return to this hotel. Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews.

Quite disappointed in this hotel, the hotel was just dead, poor entertainment and just felt like a ghost town. The sun-beds were horrific, all broken and so uncomfy. The pool was ‘heated’ but still so cold, the baby pool was FREEZING. The rooms were nice but the sofas were filthy. The only benefit to the hotel for me, was the free Siam park entry, but because the weather was so bad we only managed to use this once. To say the weather was horrific and wet, you would had thought they would put inside entertainment on but nothing. Wouldn’t ever return to this hotel.

Good size room and good size single sofa beds. Could have been designed better with the space. Kitchen small but manageable to cook in although we had to wash all dishes beforehand and ask for cutlery (as we only had 2 forks etc). Fridge basic and freezer part useless.
Good powerful shower.
A little far out but 15 mins to a good supermarket (remember they are closed Sundays) 35mins to beach.
Drain on our patio smelt in the heat and there are cracked tiles, many small maintenance needs and floor of playpark is uneven.
We asked for our hand soap to be filled up. On the second time of asking, 2 days later the receptionist was very rude and said it had been refilled 2 days ago. 4 of us washing our hands after we come in, prep food or go to the toilet or put suncream on is the norm isn't it?! This tiny bottle of soap didn't last long. This is a worrying indication of their hygiene. It wasn't replenished and we had to ask again.
It's a good spacious cheap hotel but grounds not as large as you think. Warm swimming pool with activities going on
TUI rep there was fab and helpful.

Rude staff. Dirty room with no sunshine. Upgraded to a veranda for £500 only to receive a final warning for utilising it at 11pm making minimal sound. Room
Wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Towels not changers can’t reserve sun loungers.

What a brilliant weeks stay in 2nd week of Feb, hotel is clean, tidy and staff all friendly, perfect for families as I went with my 10 year son and 16 year daughter, swimming pools all really good and rooms spotless and cleaned everyday, honestly not a bad thing to say plus just booked to come back in Feb next year again

Decent hotel . Get what you pay for

Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious. Sunbeds not reserved at ridiculous o’clock so we always found some. Quiet location and €5 for a taxi into busier areas. Only ate at the pool snack bar so can’t comment on restaurant but what we had was nice.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable apartment,amazing views from the balcony,polite and friendly staff all around! Ana at reception always polite and friendly! Kids friendly hotel, my son loved the evening entertainment! Lots of sun beds! Delicious food! Only a 5 minute taxi to Siam park or the strip. Can't wait to return!

We are currently staying at villa Mandy family of 4 and have had nothing but cockroaches and bad experiences rude receptionist or manager proper grumpy cockroaches daily in the room even found one in our oil we were frying food in so will be eating out from now on room basic no cooker only hob dirty bed sheets weird smell from shower drain just a bit run down needs TLC. Overall I’d not wish to stay here again I’m currently going to make a complaint with Tui when home location is good atmosphere is non existent pool is tidy and clean
