I am from the Bloomington normal area so this is really good but I also remember when it was better.
Pros:

I'm not sure but I thought my room would be cleaned with room service and I figured out that room service does not clean your room. There was a couple who were obviously fighting and having issues and the floor was quite loud even if I requested a quiet room. Overall though it was a nice day and I'll definitely come back.

Cons:

The room service was a bit slow. It seemed like at night there weren't a lot of staff. Instead of giving things delivered to my room I actually went downstairs to get it. The workers in the daytime were very friendly. The workers at night time seem to be very stressed.

Nice Architecture but Poor Execution

Cons:

Way behind on technology. While the TV was a nice size, it was near impossible to navigate the xfinity remote. No home button and the navigation buttons did not work to change selections. Only power and volume worked. We ended up not being able to watch anything. We didn't report it as we were tired from driving most of the day anyway.

The room is lacking any usb ports for charging and open outlets are scarce. An easy fix would be to mount a $20 combo outlet / USB port adapter to the desk and night stands. Luckily, I had packed an extention cord and usb adapters to save the day.

Overall a very nice stay!
Pros:

The room was newly renovated. We had a studio with a full kitchen. We had two tv’s so she could watch cartoons and I could watch my show.
The pool was clean and towels stocked.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bedsheets had some hair on them. It could have been from the staff when it was made, but I don’t know. We always check the bed before my granddaughter gets in. We both have very blonde hair. The hair found was long brown/black, and another was almost a frizzy purple/black. Possibly a weave extension
