Nice place to stay with kid.
Pros:

Its kids friendly.

Cons:

- Most of the clients were family with young kids and only option was the pool and swingless playground. I would expect a kids club to entertain kids when its not suitable for the pool. If the weather is not good so you dont have any other option than staying in room.
- The other thing is there were not enough storage in the room. Also there wasnt any balcony or any window that will open. I understand it was the cheapest type of room but at least i expected to window to be open. We stayed 6 days and trapped in the room with no fresh air in the room.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als unser Sohn eine Nacht krank war, haben sie sofort geholfen.
Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage is absolut klasse. Man ist mitten im geschehen und dennoch für sich, wenn man das möchte.

Cons:

Zu viele Russen im Hotel, aber daran ist ja nicht das Hotel schuld.

Amazing pools and waterslides in the center of town
Pros:

Amazing pool areas and water slides, we really enjoyed it! They even had a normal playground which is really rare in Thailand. Breakfast was good, plenty of options, and there was fresh passion fruit every day (and many other fruits). We really appreciated the pool's long opening hours, you could have dinner and continue the pool time which made our days with a toddler easier. The pools temperature was also very conveniently warm. Everything you need like shops, 7eleven, pharmacy, food market and restaurants are just across the street, it was extremely convenient.

Cons:

The normal room was so small, it was really difficult to fit with all the luggage plus 3 people. The wardrobe was in the bathroom instead of near the bed. We could not hang our wet sandy clothes anywhere, so it was not that comfortable.
Its not the hotel's fault but Kata beach is so crowded, over touristic, we did not like it.

Pros:

Good location, close to the beach and on main street of Kata.

Cons:

Nothing really special about the hotel - basic rooms, small pool, standard breakfast. The hotel that you not really missing.
