Otel konumundan, temizliğine, kahvaltısına her şeyiyle çok iyidi. Konumu muhteşem, Kata Plajı'na sadece 3 - 4 dakikalık mesafede, plaja en yakın otel burası. Kata Plajı diğer plajlara göre daha az dalgalı ve daha yüzülebilir. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve tatları güzeldi. Havuzu beğendik, havlular temizdi. Otel tertemiz, rahatlıkla kalınabilecek bir yer. Otelin karşısında 7-Eleven, hemen yakınlarında gece pazarı var. Gece pazarında güzel yemekler var. OZO Otel'i herkese tavsiye ederim, 10 numara yer.

الصدمة بالغرف كانت صغيره مره اخذت غرفتين والواقع خيب الامال حاولت فيهم اخذ غرف اكبر او سويت لانرمعي اطفالي ثلاثه والسعر مبالغ فيه وبالنسبه للبحر مو مطل للبحر غير تطلع من المنتجع وتروح مشي للبحر دقيقتين وغير تستاجر كراسي على البحر بكل مره تروح له بالصور غير وبالحقيقه غير الخروج عندهم بالوقت زودوني نص ساعه بالموت والاقناع واكتشف في ناس تخرج الساعه 2 وثلاثه وناقشتهم يقول انه حسب موقعه الحجز مصرح له كذا طبعا مافي موقع يقول تخرج الساعه3 او 2 الظهر بس انها صارت قدامي وهذا ردهم لي بعيد شوي عن الاماكن الحيويه ماتوقع ارجع له مره ثانيه في فنادق افضل بكثير منه

Spacious family-friendly rooms
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, really well designed for families. The pool slide is great and the beach is just a short walk away. Breakfast has a large variety and the quality is consistently good.

Cons:

The pool area needs someone actually supervising it. Guests walk straight from the pool to the breakfast area in swimwear. People bring food to the pool even though it isn’t allowed: when it’s left unattended the birds get into it and make a real mess. A bit of enforcement would fix both.

Een heerlijk familiehotel op de perfecte locatie in Kata, met geweldige faciliteiten en uitzonderlijk lief personeel.
Pros:

Heel fijn, ruim opgezet hotel met ruime kamers en mooie, moderne en schone badkamers. Het personeel is ontzettend aardig en betrokken; niets is te veel gevraagd. Er zijn drie zwembaden, waaronder een kinderbad met glijbaan, een leuke kids room en een fijne pool towel service. De locatie kan echt niet beter: midden in Kata, het strand direct achter het hotel, de night market aan de andere kant en een 7-Eleven en heel veel restaurants voor de deur.

Cons:

Eigenlijk heel weinig. We waren zo tevreden dat we ons verblijf uiteindelijk hebben verlengd van één naar vijf nachten.

We did not stay long enough to properly experience the hotel and its facilities, so I cannot fairly comment on them.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small. During our stay, there was intensive construction and road work directly outside the hotel, causing significant and continuous noise that seriously affected our stay.

The hotel was completely full, and the alternative room offered to us was on the entrance level. Since the lobby is open and the room was exposed to the street and lobby area, it was not a suitable solution to the noise problem.

We ultimately decided to leave the hotel and move to another hotel at our own expense.

קיבלנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת שהתכנון שלו ממש לקוי, כשהדלת פתוחה לא ניתן לעבור לשירותים ומקלחת, חייב לסגור את הדלת ואז לעבור, כשעוברים בין החדרים גם חייב לסגור את הדלת קודם, לעבור ואז לפתוח. בנוסף הניקיון דורש שיפור ניכר בחדרים. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה לא מעבר

החדרים קטנים מאוד, קיבלנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת לאחר לילה ששהינו במלןן, תכנון החדר לקוי ממש, ברגע שפותחים את הדלת זה חוסם את כל המעבר למקלחת, בשביל לעבור צריך לסגור את הדלת , גם הגישה לחדר השני ממש לא נוחה. גם רמת הניקיון בחדר הייתה בינונית.

The hotel was clean and well located. Surrounded by shops, cafes, services and night markets. Rooms are clean and with a good space. Facilities and swimming pools were enjoyable for all. Helpful staff. Good breakfast served.
