Didn't not clean the room. Old, needs maintained

We recently stayed at your hotel in Myeongdong and, unfortunately, experienced several cleanliness issues during our visit:The room floor was not properly cleaned — it appeared neither swept nor wiped.Some basic trash, such as empty plastic bottles and pieces of paper, was left unremoved.My girlfriend accidentally left some personal clothing on the floor, and we later found it placed on the bed next to the pillow. We believe it would have been more appropriate for the staff to leave it neatly folded elsewhere.The bathroom floor mat was not changed from the previous day; this was evident because a hair strand remained on it.The shower curtain had stains and appeared either very old or not properly cleaned.The bed sheets and blankets, while white, looked worn and slightly discolored — they likely need replacement.Overall, the hotel and room showed noticeable signs of aging and lack of maintenance, which was disappointing given the excellent central location in Myeongdong.We hope this feedback helps improve the service and cleanliness for future guests.

good value for money.
Pros:

Great location, 10 points just for that. Value for money is good. The room is slightly small but for a tourist who would spend most of their time outside, its a good space to get back to in the evening and just sleep.

Cons:

They dont provide housekeeping unless it is requested and I wasnt informed about this at the time of check-in. Bathroom is quite small, difficult to move around comfortably.

Only if you have to be in Myeongdong
Pros:

Right in Myeongdong with very quick access to all the stores and food in the area.

Cons:

Overpriced for what you get - you are paying for location. The room was spartan and uncomfortable. Mattress on the bed needed to be replaced. Had no control over the a/c in the room which made for a couple of stuffy nights.

Great location in middle of Myeongdong. Easy access to shops & restaurants

Cons:

Loud, especially in the windowless family room. Light from hallways also spilled into room
