Decent room, just not a fan of the amenities
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating of many of our requests. Location is nice since it's in the heart of Myeongdong. Our room was bigger than expected given what we paid since we were able to fit our luggages nicely. Wifi and A/C were working properly.

Cons:

Check-in time was too late, though it might be the standard for almost all hotels in the country. There was no security box in the room, which is concerning. The bathroom has no bidet, which is usually a standard amenity for Asian hotels with similar nightly rates. The bed is too wobbly for two people and the pillows are too big and lumpy.

5 day stay in Seoul
Pros:

It was a great area in Myeongdong. Very close to all the amenities. If you don't mind sacrificing comfort, it is a great little spot. Very close to the subway, main shopping area and very lively spot.

Cons:

Taxi driver found it hard to locate the hotel. He ended p having to ring them and ask for directions. Check in was swift. The room was tiny and my room had no window so it was quite dark and pokey. The light switch was by the door which meant when you turned the lights off, you had to navigate the room in pitch dark. The shower was basic. It was a shower head attached to the sink taps but to be honest it was fine. Very little space in the bathroom for personal toiletries. The walls were quite thin so you could hear much of what was going on next door.

Didn't not clean the room. Old, needs maintained

We recently stayed at your hotel in Myeongdong and, unfortunately, experienced several cleanliness issues during our visit:The room floor was not properly cleaned — it appeared neither swept nor wiped.Some basic trash, such as empty plastic bottles and pieces of paper, was left unremoved.My girlfriend accidentally left some personal clothing on the floor, and we later found it placed on the bed next to the pillow. We believe it would have been more appropriate for the staff to leave it neatly folded elsewhere.The bathroom floor mat was not changed from the previous day; this was evident because a hair strand remained on it.The shower curtain had stains and appeared either very old or not properly cleaned.The bed sheets and blankets, while white, looked worn and slightly discolored — they likely need replacement.Overall, the hotel and room showed noticeable signs of aging and lack of maintenance, which was disappointing given the excellent central location in Myeongdong.We hope this feedback helps improve the service and cleanliness for future guests.
