Decepção
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bem servido, ambiente limpo

Cons:

Péssimo atendimento do recepcionista Vitor, extremamente grosseiro não condiz com o atendimento dos demais (que foram excelentes) por ser meu aniversário eu de forma gentil perguntei se tinha alguma mimo pra aniversariante e o Vitor respondeu de forma grosseira…já pensou se tds aniversariante ganhar algo do hotel? Iríamos a falência, achei desnecessário sendo que bastava ele responder que não era política do hotel e tudo bem ou seja falta de preparo para lidar com pessoas que escolheram se hospedar inúmeras vezes no msm hotel. Em resumo fica a dica…não é o que fala e sim como fala!
