Propre et agréable
Pros:

Grande chambre, eau chaude et piscine chauffée.

No recommendation due to: Too noisy, poor price-performance ratio, no customer-friendly service

- the other guest where extremely noisy the hole night
- no warm water available
- rooms only have minimum equipment / no extra interior
- hotel has a lot of potential, but most of the hotel complex needs a clean-up
- extremely pricy for what you get
- no refund for 66% earlier departure due to shortcomings

Pros:

El jacuzzi estaba super bien, puedes quedarte el tiempo que quieras,el turco tambien estaba bien.

Cons:

El baño huele horrible, me he quedado en 10 partes diferentes en Guatemala y este para el precio estaba fea la habitación y el agua fría, creo que uno paga por este tipo de cosas.
La ubicación es lejos del centro y hay qué tener encuenta que es solo subida no es plano y se hace difícil para salir a cenar o almorzar.

Friendly hosts, but the place needs maintenance
Pros:

What we liked:
- The hosts are kind and helpful.
- It is a quiet place and not too far from the Main Street in San Pedro.
- The beds and pillows are comfortable

Cons:

To be honest, I didn’t like a lot about this place. The hosts tried their best however.
We had booked four nights, but decided to leave after three nights. We couldn’t get our money back for the last night, but we chose to leave because the place became too uncomfortable

What we didn’t like:
- The place is outdated.
- The pools look better than they actually are
- Our toilet kept leaking and flooding our bathroom, despite being “fixed”. This was too gross and became the reason for us to leave
- The room isn’t cleaned unless you ask. We were not told about this beforehand.

Rapport qualité/ prix décevant
Pros:

Les piscines, l'emplacement un peu à l'écart de l'hyper centre mais accessible à pied rapidement.

Cons:

La douche qui part dans tous les sens, les draps troués, les serviettes tachées.
Il faut demander pour que les chambres soient faites.
Il faut investir à nouveau dans cet hôtel pour que les prestations correspondent aux prix

Pleasant and relaxing
Pros:

Manuela and Clemente were so kind and helpful! I appreciated MariaElvas help getting a tuktuk when I left — shes so sweet! I got the pool to myself both times! It felt calm yet welcoming. I got to watch the sunrise over the lake one morning! I was glad it wasn’t directly in the hustle and bustle but wasn’t too far, just a short walk. I hope to return soon!

I wish the shower didn’t spray water all over the bathroom

Nice stay for the price. Great pool. Great staff. No complaints.
Pros:

Friendly staff, especially Manuella. Good value for money. Basic rooms, but comfortable. WiFi good. Pool very clean and warm. Liked the complimentary coffee in the morning. Quiet at night.

Cons:

Showers kind of cold, but no biggie. No real complaints.
