Pros:

Les piscines, l'emplacement un peu à l'écart de l'hyper centre mais accessible à pied rapidement.

Cons:

La douche qui part dans tous les sens, les draps troués, les serviettes tachées.
Il faut demander pour que les chambres soient faites.
Il faut investir à nouveau dans cet hôtel pour que les prestations correspondent aux prix

Pleasant and relaxing
Pros:

Manuela and Clemente were so kind and helpful! I appreciated MariaElvas help getting a tuktuk when I left — shes so sweet! I got the pool to myself both times! It felt calm yet welcoming. I got to watch the sunrise over the lake one morning! I was glad it wasn’t directly in the hustle and bustle but wasn’t too far, just a short walk. I hope to return soon!

Nice stay for the price. Great pool. Great staff. No complaints.
Pros:

Friendly staff, especially Manuella. Good value for money. Basic rooms, but comfortable. WiFi good. Pool very clean and warm. Liked the complimentary coffee in the morning. Quiet at night.

Cons:

Showers kind of cold, but no biggie. No real complaints.

Cons:

Room was like a cave with barely any light. Bathroom was extremely small, shower not clean, shower head broken, crumbling plaster, people banging on their doors at 4 am.

The hotel and the setting is actually nice but...
Pros:

Location is great and a good parking is included.

Cons:

Not one knive and a posibility to make a filter coffee in my apartement with kitchen (I neither couldn't borrow it). It is not a quite place to sleep in. The day starts (your night sleep ends at 6-6:30 am) when the houskeeper start their tasks discussing important things (I guess) in the courtyard. The housekeeper in charge is nice and not so nice if you say something. She would accuse you of lying and the manager or owner wouldn't believe your words anyway (very rude indeed I guess).

Pros:

Location and hot shower -- The hotel is located around 10 minutes away from the main road which I liked. Also, the host was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Internet connection was very weak in my room. It was often disconnected. / The toilet smelled a bit pleasant. / While the hotel itself was located in a very quiet area, but the room was noisy during daytime and afternoon due to uncertain loud noise. It sounded like someone was dragging furniture on the upstairs or construction work, but I couldn't identify what it was.

Pros:

The room was filthy, bed had bugs which were irritating us the whole night. Bathroom was unkept.

Very shabby and dissapointing

Cons:

We booked a room for two adults and a 13 year old. At the reservation they refused to give us a room since we had a child with us. They forced us to take another room. The payment was excessive and above the rate. After driving for 4 hours from Antigua we didn't have the energy to argue with them

Pros:

Facilities were basic but clean. The shower was hot and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

At night you need keys to access the hotel. My outer key did not work and it was out of office hours so no one answered the office phone. Thankfully they saw my message and let me in but I was waiting on the street in the dark for around 10 minutes. The jacuzzi didn't seem to be working when I visited or it was unclear how it needed to be turned on.
