BAD BUSINESS
Pros:

You have got to be kidding me! When I got to the hotel it was permanently closed. I was left stranded after the Lyft dropped us off at night in the dark. I had to fend for myself. You wanted to put me in a different hotel all the way back by the airport.I will NEVER use hotels.com again. Nor, will I pay for this.

great hotel
Pros:

hotel was very nice, clean hotel staff was great. Cant wait to come back when the weather is better so I can stay use the pool area. Breakfast was amazing and that bacon was so good. Shuttle was perfect so I got to explore the area a little while there.

Pros:

So far so bad. Elevator is broke and I’m on 3. No biggie. Wi-Fi won’t connect me. Maintenance guy was a bum and the poor front desk girl was trying to help by herself. She did her best but nothing came of it so far.

I came her specifically for their big tables to do work at. This is beyond annoying.

We'd stay here again!
Pros:

Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious as was our dinner in the hotel restaurant. My only comlaint would be that the restaurant seemed understaffed so service was a bit slow. In fairness to the hotel, the restaurant wasnt particularly busy.

Nice hotel, it was clean and updated. Only complaints I have was elevator was down for my 4 night stay and I had to walk to the other side of a large hotel to use the elevator to then walk all the way back to the other side once I got to my floor or use the stairs every time for four flights. It was only a pain since I have a knee that needs surgery so the stairs were hard for me. The food was not bad but the wait was long for being the only ones in there each night but it was not the kitchens fault. Every time the bartender/ waiter stopped to do anything at the table he then left to go somewhere outback and it made dining take so long. Over all worth the stay but just minor inconveniences.
