We really liked the location and amenities. However their customer service wasn’t great. They originally placed us in the wrong room. And there was no AC or fans available. The pool area is great but closes for kids at 8pm. The play area for kids is great. Rooms are spacious.

Everything went well! It’s a great hotel, but there are a lot of families so it isn’t recommended for couples without children. The breakfast was delicious and with a large variety but it was missing a variety of fruit and granolas.
