Sehr gute Wahl für ein paar Tage Ormoc: zentral und komfortabel.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, zwischen Busbahnhof, Hafen und einem gediegenen Amüsierviertel. Sehr professionelles und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, aber das hattrn wir ja auch so gebucht. Würden wir beim nächsten Mal anders machen.

Worst stay ever.
Pros:

Staff are not friendly, adamant to pay 1 towel at 500 pesos

Cons:

Lots of power outage, phone line is not working, tv is not working, wifi is slow, data signal is bad. Overall its not a good hotel.

The location as it is in the middle of the city.
The number of TV channels was good except that it needed two remotes to use the TV.

Cons:

The cleaning was minimal - sweep, mop floor, changed sheets with threadbare, rough sheets, the foam mattresses were old and flatter on the side due to use, the windows had mold around the frames, the bath fixtures were very poor quality and had mold on them, the shower tiles had mold and the single lock would be easily unlocked without the key. I have pictures of all of the above deficiencies.

The worst thing about the hotel was how the front desk said I was getting a room with NO WINDOW even though I booked and paid for the price of a "room with a view" which means a room with a dirty window as the hotel property has NO ACCESS TO A VIEW other than the street. I even showed them that their own price list on the counter showed that the price I paid was a room with a window. I asked for a manager and of course there wasn't one on the property so I had to wait while the desk clerk called the administrative office.

I emailed Booking.com to to help fix this but to date I have NOT received anything, so this will be the last time I use Booking.com!
