Sajnos szörnyű, ágyi poloskák csíptek meg azonnal elmentünk.
Pros:

Thaiföldről Balira utunk közben itt álltunk meg Szingapúrban egy éjszakára. 1,5 órát töltöttünk a szálláson. Este 11 körül érkeztünk és fürdés után alvás jött. 1,5 óra múlva arra keltünk hogy ágyipoloskák csíptek meg. Az egész testem teli van csípésekkel amik nagyon fájnak. Féltünk, hogy elviszünk belőle így mindent kimostunj gyorsan de ez elfogadhatatlan. A szállás pici az ágy kényelmetlen, a fürdő katasztrófa. A személyzet segítőkész volt és fogadták a panaszunkat teljes visszatérítést ígérve, ezt várjuk jelenleg.

Sink was falling off. The wall, staff didn’t help with luggage we’re in our seventies and my husband had to carry two suitcases up a steep flight of stairs

Good budget stay, but not what we expected from the photos.
Pros:

Close to the airport, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Not clean, cobwebs, dirty bathroom hair etc, no hand soap to wash hands, outlets did not work/ wouldn’t charge phone, graffiti on wall in room, no hand towels

Pros:

Not much.. getting in a grab at 1030 and leaving..

Cons:

Ridden with bed bugs, both dead and alive crawling over the mattress and on the window sill.

The pillows were stained and smelt mouldy.

We suspect the stains on pillows were blood stains from bed bug bites..

Had to book the Dorsett at 2130, which was amazing compared to Q loft..

Q loft not fit for human occupancy.
