Pros:

This is my second stay at this property and significant improvements have been made since my last time there a month ago. Small but very clean and relaxing pool, fitness center not yet complete. I loved my stay there and I certainly will be back

Pros:

Arrivé erreur de chambre une chambre normale au prix de la suite junior
Suite du deuxième étages non sécurisé
Fenêtre donnant sur le balcon ne se verrouille pas celle donnant depuis la sdb idem donc la chambre est accessible sans pb depuis l extérieur vitre de la sdb un verre miroir la nuit on vous voie vous douchez depuis l extérieur depuis la piscine au même niveau on est quand même dans le quartier fouda pas le plus sécurisé de Yaoundé
Réussi à obtenir le changement pour la deuxième nuit
Personnel gentil et serviable mais on as vu clairement que nos remarques avait dérangé
Pour le prix de la suite il y a nettement mieux ailleurs dans Yaoundé
Dommage pour un hôtel récent, mais c est clairement un pb de suivi de travaux et d entretien et de management
La serveuse du restaurant qui pendant qu on attend les plats sur ses Tiktok??
Mais serviable
Pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions et du prix

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Good location for my needs. Service was great in every respect. Breakfast and Dinners were good too, one minor issue with one meal was easily resolved without fuss. Bed was extremely comfortable and housekeeping very efficient. Security and covid measures were good also.

Pros:

The cleanliness and hospitality are quite ok. The food has limited options and space for the restaurant is a bit crowded. The hotel crew is not good enough to communicate. I asked them what drink is available together with my dinner, where I was boarded with a full package of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. they told me there is beer, etc. I take one beer and they told me I should pay. This is ok, but the should have told me clearly which type of drink I am allowed to have together with my meals. Anyway, it is really fine but I advise you to press asking them what you need.
