The staff at the PRH were amazing. They made checking in a breeze and were attentive to all of our needs. They were friendly and sincerely helpful. The bar at night with Dave is not to be missed! The hotel itself is lovely, but it is the staff that will make me return. : ))

Hilton needs to remove their name from this facility...I booked because I trust Hilton...The franchisee has about 75.. 1 star complaints about air conditioner & room, because of the air conditioners..and has NOT replaced the very old units...its obvious no investment is being made in the rooms...I paid $300 a night on a Tuesday in a nowhere suburb...the AC was outrageously loud, about 80 decibels with a huge bang when it kicks on..no sleep for me all night, ruined my little vacation...DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

From the first time I met with Max in January to discuss booking a room block for my upcoming wedding dates in June through the end of my stay in June, it was an amazing experience. The care, attentiveness, accommodating attitude, flexibiity, responsiveness and attention to detail was wonderful! The staff were all warm and welcoming, the hotel wonderfully located and the rooms and communal spaces were great.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others who are planning an event in the surrounding area. You won't be disappointed.

It is a beautiful location and looks like the Biltmore house. It’s almost 40 years old and well maintained. A wonder venue. I’ve stayed there for reunions before.

Our company recently held a meeting at this hotel and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The event ran smoothly, the staff was professional and attentive and everything was well organized. The food was fabulous, with a variety of different options that everyone enjoyed. The hotels team was accommodating and easy to work with. Shout out to KVL Audio Visual Services - excellent job! Our attendees were very happy and we will definitely be back for our next large meeting.

We were at the Pearl River Hilton last night for an AMAZING wedding. The food was excellent, the band amazing and the wait-staff superb! There was not ONE THING over looked.

Our daughter’s wedding at the Hilton Pearl River was truly one of the most extraordinary experiences of our lives, and that is entirely because of the remarkable people who work there. It’s hard to even put into words how grateful we are.

From the very first moment we began planning, Gerry Burns, our incredible coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. Gerry is not just organized and professional; she is deeply caring, thoughtful, and completely dedicated to making every detail perfect. She treated our daughter’s wedding as if it were her own family’s celebration. Throughout the entire process she guided us with calmness, warmth, and confidence, and on the wedding day itself she orchestrated everything so beautifully that we were able to simply be present and take in every magical moment.

My husband and I wanted more than anything to create a night that was breathtaking, meaningful, and unforgettable for our daughter and her husband. Because of Gerry and the extraordinary team around her, that dream came true. Our daughter and her husband keep saying it was the best night of their lives, and as parents there is nothing more meaningful than hearing that.

There were so many moments where the staff went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. They even made special chair arrangements so that my mother could be comfortable and included, which meant so much to our family.

Two days before my daughter’s wedding, I fell and hurt my ankle. It was badly bruised and swollen. Derek immediately stepped in with such kindness and care. He made sure I had ice throughout the night and kept checking on me, reminding me to take care of myself so I could still enjoy this special evening. That level of attentiveness and genuine compassion is something you rarely see.

Rowan, Shane, Stephen, Abbey, and Sloane were equally wonderful. They were all so attentive, warm, and constantly making sure everything ran smoothly. They created an atmosphere where every guest felt welcomed and cared for. So many of our friends and family commented on how incredible the staff was.

A huge thank you as well to Kim, the bartender, whose energy and friendliness kept the celebration lively all night long. Guests loved her.

Charles, the doorman, greeted everyone with such warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrived, immediately making people feel welcomed.

And we are so grateful to Michelle and Jacqueline for helping coordinate all of the guest room bookings. Managing accommodations for family and friends can be complicated, but they handled everything so smoothly, patiently, and kindly.

What makes the Hilton Pearl River so special isn’t just the beautiful venue; it’s the heart of the people who work there. Every single person we encountered genuinely cared about making this wedding perfect.

Because of this incredible team, my husband and I were able to give our daughter and her husband a celebration filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories. It was everything we dreamed it would be and more.

We will carry the memory of that night in our hearts forever, and we will always be grateful to Gerry and this extraordinary team for helping create one of the most beautiful nights of our lives.

Everything was great! Check in was easy and the staff very friendly & accommodating! The rooms were very clean, organized and comfortable! Wish I could have stayed more than 1 night!

If you prioritize a nice looking building with updated bathroom fixtures when selecting a hotel, this is the place for you.

I attended a wedding held at the Hilton Pearl River, so staying here was very convenient. The room was impeccably clean and the staff at this property are exceptionally friendly and all are very pleasant. The public areas inside are well maintained as are the immediate grounds. The property would be well advised to appoint a clean up crew to maintain the outer perimeter of the parking lot up to the adjacent creek that encircles it. Ill mannered guests seem to feel that area is for trash disposal and it ruins the ambiance of the otherwise tranquil forested walk. Although there is not a sundry shop at this property, we appreciated the front desk's limited selection of needed items like bottled water or pain relievers. A pharmacy is a short drive away if you need more. There are both a shopping mall and an outlet mall within an easy drive. The closest airport is HPN in white plains, a short 30 minute drive away. It is a small regional with only 6 gates, but receives commercial jet and private jet service. The hotel does not offer any airport shuttle service or car service. Downtown is approx a 3 mile walk from the hotel and there is not much in the immediate vicinity, so you may need ground transportation while here. Dining options are limited to continental & limited buffet breakfast which includes the continental options plus oatmeal with topping options, eggs with topping options, bacon & sausage and menu dinner. The eggs on the breakfast buffet are real eggs. In all, a relaxing stay in safe, clean and well maintained spaces where I felt well pampered and appreciated.

Gerry, Abby, Sloane, Shane, Michelle, Trish, Max and everyone at the Hilton Pearl River are absolutely amazing. We hosted a 300+ guest Indian wedding and we could not have picked a better venue for our special day, and wedding weekend. The team at the hotel are very responsive, kind, and empathetic. From our first site visit to packing up after our wedding events, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The event space is beautiful and the hotel bedrooms are modern, large, and well kept. We would highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River for a wedding and room block. Fantastic team!

I had room service for breakfast. It was delivered quickly and the staff was very respectful. The meal was delicious and beautifully arranged. It was nice having a carafe delivered to my room. Exactly what I needed.

We recently hosted a large business meeting at the Hilton Pearl River with nearly 100 employees and partners, and I can confidently say the entire HPR team is exceptional. Kaylee, Max, Scott, and Andrew - who manage event coordination, day-of facilities, and audio/visual - were not only incredibly kind but also highly efficient, communicative, and a true pleasure to work with.

This marks our fourth year hosting our largest employee meeting at Hilton Pearl River, and it’s clear why we continue to return. The food is consistently delicious, and the entire hospitality staff is prompt, courteous, and attentive to every detail.
